The room is so clean.

荷物預かりのロッカーがほぼ壊れていて、チェックインまで預けられず困った。

キッチンの設備がとても良かったです。フルキッチンで2人で使うのには贅沢なぐらいでした。部屋も清潔で広々と使えました。

Apartamento muito completo, cama boa, chuveiro top,.tudo novo e muito bem conservado. Consegui entrar antes do horário previsto de check in e dispõe de lockers para deixar as malas. Vem no centro de Philadelphia, com fácil acesso a todas as atracoes

Overall, it’s a safe, clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the Sonder. I slept through most of the city noise. Sonder staff are very kind and helpful.

The building, and room was very clean. The staff was very nice. The area surrounding the property itself was dirty, some homeless people laying around the surrounding streets.

The accommodation was excellent the kitchen fully equipped, and included laundry and cleaning products, it was clean, the aircon worked as it should and was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Because its city centre there was a white noise machine and ear plugs which was a nice touch but i didnt find the property too loud. Thinks i would suggest, decause it was remote check-in it would have been good to have an electronic guide/QR code in the room with information as to the facilities, i wasnt aware until i was leaving that there was a club lounge that could be used which is a shame. There did seems to be an issue with hot water pressure, it wouldnrun warm from the faucet but when you switched to the shower it only ran cold. It would have also been good if there was a lamp in the living area but none of that would stop me from recommending the accommodation.

I have to give a shout out to the employee that was working at the front desk. Her name is Shariah, she made my visit very comfortable, and worry free. I will definately visit again. Thank you Shariah!!

Great location and room but sheets didn't fit the bed, TV wasn't working properly and staff was borderline rude

Loved the loft! Great location.

The unit was clean and very nice. Bedroom was a little small and didn’t have and didn’t have a tv in it, but it was still nice. My only real problem was the metal soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. I cut my elbow on one of them while showering. Since they’re not being used, they need to be removed.

Had an incredible stay here. Perfectly located for transportation, shops and museums. Staff was very kind and helpful whenever needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I received the welcome email from the hotel, but the key code didnt work, also Receptionist couldnt find my reservation upon my arrival, so I was very concerned and Expedia customer service was close. Finally the receptionist found my name, no explanation what happened, for future better call directly the hotel a few days before to get the PIN or access code. Room otherwise was great, with kitchen appliances, fridge, dishes , a good TV

Very nice size apartment style hotel with all the mod-cons. It was centrally located and close to so many bars and restaurants. The club room is nicely appointed and a nice place to wait when needing to wait for anything.

room and property were clean, bathroom had some water damage (bottom of door seemed rotten and just painted over, looked like water had gotten under some of the paint on the wall and left sagging paint.) No body wash, only bar hand soap, bed was very firm. Also wish there was a way to block some of the lights off the microwave and prevent the TV from randomly turning on through the night. Overall though good amenities, and i felt safe and secure. Room was clean and had what we needed. Managed to park half a block away, so that was also convenient. I found the room pretty quiet and was nice that ear plugs and a sound machine were in the room.
