島での滞在後の帰国前日に、贅沢なトランジット目的で毎回利用してます。ここはいつ来ても部屋もスタッフの対応も全てがパーフェクトで、素敵な最終日を締めくくることができます！。

チェックイン時のフロントの説明が不十分。イベントやプールについてなど。 レストランのスタッフの方は親切だった。

空港から直ぐでした。 隣にはカルフールもあり便利。 朝食も美味しいかったです。 スタッフも親切です。 素敵なお部屋できれいにしてありましたが、 ベッドの足元下にゴミが落ちていたので、 星一つ減らしました。

空港からも遠く無く、近くにカルフールが有り便利。

Great location, close to the city center and right across a mini mall/supermarket.

Checkout was very very long! Order your taxi in advance and it goes by room number or name for that I almost missed my ferry because of the long checkout process. The hotel is beautiful, the room I had with the bathroom clear wall that blinds you when your sleeping if your mate goes to the washroom, is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Not a good idea at all. The pool area is beautiful and it’s a nice touch that the hotel is connected by an above walkway to the shopping mall infront of it.

Lever inte upp till Hiltons normala standard. Saknas många detaljer samt tveksam service, ej ok med tanke på priset.

Staff was extremely slow, other than that a nice hotel

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Did not use business facility, no kitchen on our room booking. Staff was very pleasant, clean rooms.

I had to wait 5 hours to get my room. The old reason was that I should spend another $600 for the night before. When my room was ready, nobody came up to me to let me know so I probably waited a few hours too much. Terrible experience. The staff told me a way to go to my room, through 2 long halls and 2 elevators. I am 82 years old and needed a wheelchair for that, but they did not make me aware that it was a very long walk. There was a much shorter way that I later found out by myself!

Breakfast was not great and very expensive. It appeared the buffet was set up at start time, 6am and not replenished. By the time we went to breakfast at 9am, there were a lot of empty dishes and also food that had sat a very long time. Not good at all.

Great location, breakfast and overall experience. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends

The hotel was very nice. The prices of food and drink seemed excessive. ($55.00 - $79.00 for breakfast per person depending on the day of the week.) they hotel also seemed to be very short staffed. Towel person also had to take and run food and drink orders often leaving the towel house unattended for several minutes.
