シャワーを出すと茶色い水が噴き出してきてびっくりしました。汚すぎてシャワーを浴びるのを辞めました。お湯も出ません。虫もいて不潔で2度と泊まりません。

The location is good. 5 or 6 minute walk from the train station, still calm thanks to the building a little set back from the street. Staff is OK, not bad. But these two points never cover up for the rest. There is no elevator, so you have to go up and down with your baggage for yourself. The hallway is narrow and a little creaky. I spent several nights in standard double room, which was very modest in size. The floor carpet was worn. The bedspread and the cushions were not very clean, so I tried not to touch them as much as possible during my stay. There was no refrigerator in my room, which made me really disappointed. They say standard rooms are not equipped with it. If so, that apparently differs from the description found in the internet site!! No problem with a toilet. They have bathroom paper and water runs well at least. The worst is the extremely tiny shower stall, which hardly allows one to turn around. In using the shower I always paid much attention not to splash about water by stepping the hems of the long shower curtain. It needs a bit tech indeed. I was really happy and relieved when I left the hotel. I would like to visit the city of Nice again, but never to stay at this hotel. One more to note, there is no tissue box.

駅から徒歩で約10分のところにあり、メインストリートから少し離れていますが全然苦にならない距離でした。とても静かな場所にあり、夜もぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。 ホテルのスタッフもとても感じ良く、チェックイン開始時間の２時間半前に到着しましたが部屋に入ることが出来ました。 ダブルルームに宿泊 とても清潔、エアコンの効きもよく、シャワーの水圧も強く、暖かいお湯がすぐに出てきて、とても癒されました。浴槽はありません。トイレの流れも良いです。 備品は バスタオル2枚、中型タオル2枚、全身シャンプー2個、ドライヤー、テレビ、金庫、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫があり、コンディショナー、歯ブラシはありません。 ドライヤー使用時、変な音と少し焦げるような臭いがしましたが、なんとか使えました。 ネット環境は、 freewifiを部屋でも使用でき、高速ではないですがストレスなく使うことができました。 ２月は閑散期で安かったのか、価格以上に満足できるホテルで、またニースに行くことがあったら泊まりたいです。

6月終わりに2泊しました。皆さんのコメント通り、フロントのスタッフにはとても感じの良い方がいましたが、それ以外は評価出来るのは駅に近いという点だけでした。部屋はとにかく古く狭く、シャワーも身体を洗うのが困難な程の小ささ。仕切りもビニールのカーテン一枚で、備品はバスタオル2枚とフェイスタオル1枚のみ。石鹸やシャンプーはフロントで有料で売ってました。フランスもあちこち泊まりましたが、こんなのは初めてです。出かけようとしたらバスルームでドンッと言う音！(臭うので扉はいつも閉めていました) 見ると、便器の上の換気口(?)の口の部分が外れて落ち、そこらじゅう黒く固まった埃だらけに……仕方なくザッと掃除してフロントを呼びましたが、他のお客様と話中ですぐには来ず、来ても、直す者は明日にならないと来ない、とのこと。換気口は便器の真上なので、落ちたその口の部分が頭にでも当たったら怪我していたでしょうから、その点は助かりましたが、もう二度とこのホテルは使いません。

This truly is in an oasis. As soon as you walk through the gates, into the courtyard, the city goes away. The cleaning lady was delightful! Most of the desk staff was very good. But, the guy that was there when we arrived, about 2pm, said our room wasn’t ready, he didn’t even look. There were bags of guests everywhere and people sitting around. He told us come back at 3. I just think he didn’t want to do check in, his shift ended then. And then when we left, very early at 5am, the desk guy was no where to be found and we were licked in the gate. My husband eventually found him sleeping in the lounge. Other than that, I’d stay again. Great location.

The wifi didn’t work half of the time. Need I say more.👎

Don't normally give a poor review, but didn't think much of this hotel. The room we had was nothing like pictured on Expedia for a standard room. Very small, no kettle or mini fridge as pictured in the standard room pics. The night receptionist was friendly. I wouldn't want to stay in this room again. Loved Nice though.

Rent rum, vi hade också en egen terass. Trevlig personal som talade engelska.

The property is so quiet and peaceful and clean. It is very accessible to shopping and sight seeing and transport. The staff was very helpful and the room was really clean. The safe was on the floor of our room and therefore quite difficult to access. Even raised on to one of the shelves would make that much easier to access

Das Hotel hat großen Charme, eine kleine Oase mitten in Nizza. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und netter Service. Haustierfreundlich. Falls ich wieder nach Nizza komme, bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Oasis for two nights and would give it a solid 4/5 stars. The location is excellent—very walkable to the promenade, which makes it convenient for exploring on foot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and spoke English, which made communication easy and the stay more comfortable. The hotel itself has a few drawbacks: the carpet in the room didn’t seem particularly clean, and the bathroom/shower area was quite small, which might be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, for a short trip, these were manageable. Overall, Hotel Oasis is a good option for a 2-day stay if you want a friendly atmosphere and easy access to the promenade.

Absolut no go… Einzelzimmer erhalten, obwohl Classic Doppelzimmer gebucht und bezahlt. Klein, alt und auch das Bad… man konnte sich nicht richtig duschen…Libelle beim Handtuch im Bad. Tücher ausgefranzt und alt. Receptionist unfreundlich und meinte es sei alles ausgebucht und wir können nicht wechseln. Ich möchte hier gerne eine Stellungnahme und Teilkosten-Rückerstattung. Absolut Abzocke auch mit 25 Euro Parkplatz…

Helt ok. Rommet jeg fikk var veldig lite og slitt. Rommet er veldig tomt og trist. Hvis du bare skal sove er det helt ok. Slitent i gangen. El kontakt henger ut fra veggen. Men fasaden og bygget er nydelig.

Veldig god aircondition, stillegående og kjapp nedkjøling av rommet. Gode senger og veldig bra renhold.

Fint rent rum.Jätteskön säng, internet var ok , lite segt.Nära till stationen. Väldigt god frukost, irriterande med duvorna som flög omkring runt borden. Tyst och lugnt. AC fungerade väldigt bra i hettan. Har bott här flera gånger tidigare, alltid nöjd.
