The front desk people were very nice. The hotel has beautiful Spanish Colonial design. The housekeeping lady not only cleaned my room but also folded my clothes! Very impressed. The area has great restaurants and is right across the street from historic plaza de Armas

Great hotel, clean, quiet soundproofed rooms. Great hot breakfast, slightly different each day. Jacuzzi was great and had a great sunset view of the city/ mountains. If I'm ever in Arequipa again, I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel top! Sehr schöne und sichere Umgebung. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Frühstück war toll, perfekt um gut in den Tag zu starten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Such a pretty hotel, nice beds, and bathrooms, very clean. Huge breakfast buffet. Staff was incredibly helpful. Even made bud reservations for us. Great location, six minutes from main square.. tons of restaurants close by

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! So many choices, and so good! I ate enough that I didn’t need lunch :) staff was so nice and the property was immaculately maintained. Would definitely recommend.

The whole team, especially the front desk receptionists, were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the restaurant staff and chef were also wonderful. We truly appreciated the warm service and attention to detail. Great place to stay in historic San Lazaro quarter of downtown Arequipa. Nice and attentive staff. Free parking is a great bonus. At a walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, city’s Main Square, and other important monasteries, convents, churches and museums. Clean room. This is a boutique type of a hotel that is modern but inside of a historic building in a colonial Spanish style.

Located in the old San Lazaro quarter of Arequipa at a walking distance from many restaurants and Plaza de Armas and main convents and monasteries: San Francisco, Santa Tereza, Catalina, La Compaňia….

El personal era sumamente amable y estaban pendientes de todas nuestras cosas además muy amablemente regresaron las cosas que había olvidado en la caja de seguridad. Eso fue un gran alivio y servicio que me dieron

Lovely staff, super clean and in a great spot

Nos dieron una habitación con vista a los volvanes aue disfrutamos mucho. Era confortable, limpia y muy bien cuidada. El desayuno es rico y se sirve en exterior e interior pero ambos espacios son lugares históricos muy bonitos.

Excelente opción.
