空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。 チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。 ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。 ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。 またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

英語が話せませんが、快適に過ごせました。 場所も便利で良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

The hotel overall was nice, however they need to add more ironing boards and get rid of the steamers out of the rooms, they had to send out my wife’s dress to the cleaners after the steamer dripped black gunk on it, also they need more than 3 luggage racks

It was the perfect Hotel. Dark rooms . Comfortable bed! Staff always available. 3 fast elevators! Shower water pressure was very strong! 15 min walk to Chase Field

Do not bother paying extra to reserve the city view as you’ll end up with a view of a solid building and be told that’s your city view. I guess that’s true.

From calling ahead, to arriving, checking in, during our stay and checking out… everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in downtown and so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We drove in from Las Vegas for a MLB game at Chase Field. The hotel is not that far and if it was cooler, we would have walked but we took a Lyft and walked back after the game. The only downfall was that the food venues were closed or close to closing after the game. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay! Oh! The bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent! I slept so good during my stay! Wish I could find those pillows, that’s how comfy they were!

I thought the room was just average for the $350 a night price I have had way better rooms ant a much lower price point guess you are just paying for the name

I liked the location of the property. The bar area was also nice and drinks were refeshing. I tried the mocktails and cocktails both really good. I did not like the pillows. They were to soft and my head sank into them. An option for firmer pillows would be awesome.

Great place to stay

There isnt any parking we had to park about 1/2 mile away. Valet parking was full

Property location is nice.... but when we tried the local dining location on the hotel.....it was subpar....55 minute wait until we good or food.... or ice machine was broken on our floor.... the room itself was set up for a business man...... not ideal for family...... or couples......
