地下鉄オペラ駅のすぐ前で、王宮にも近く、観光やショッピングにとても便利でした。フロントのスタッフにパスポートのコピーをお願いしたところ、即答でOKしてくれました。バーのスタッフも、フレンドリーで、美味しいカクテルなどを作ってくれました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

オペラ駅の真ん前、ソルまで歩いて5.6分で交通はとても便利です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。フロントは24時間いてくれるので、レイトチェックインも問題ないです。私たちは夜中の1時半ごろに着きました。

レセプションの対応は良いが、レストランの対応が遅く、笑顔もなく、不愉快になる。

周辺へのアクセスや、ホテル滞在、いずれも良かった。1点あげるとすれば部屋により冷蔵庫がない場合がある。

Très bien placé pour découvrir Madrid. La chambre est au niveau de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre de ce type d'établissement. Par contre des petites améliorations en chambre, sol qui gondole et évier ébréché... Le pommeau de douche qui lâche à l'allumage, tout ça, ça fait beaucoup pour un séjour de 2 nuits ! Et la piscine, passez votre chemin, ce n'en est pas une ! Tout au mieux un bain de pieds Instagramable. Et la personne qui s'occupait de celle ci pendant notre séjour était détestable. J'ai longtemps hésité, je pense qu'à refaire, je choisirai une autre solution d'hébergement.

O hotel fica perto de vários pontos turísticos, novo, muito bonito. O quarto era um pouco pequeno. Os funcionários do restaurante não eram muito simpáticos, mas ocorreu tudo bem.

A calm clean comfortable oasis in the heart of Madrid. Such great modern rooms, big bright shower, perfect lighting, great bed. Staff was so kind and friendly.

Great location right on the Opera Metro stop. Everything is walkable. Room was smaller than expected but the air conditioning was excellent. Too many hotels limit how cold you can get the room but we were able to lower the temp to 18.5C for sleeping. Only drawback is the pool is small and closes at 5p. But the roof deck stays open at night and is very relaxing.

Gran lugar para alojarse. Muy céntrico, cerca de la estación del metro y de los lugares más visitados de Madrid.

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with excellent air conditioning. We also liked the contemporary bathroom design. It had a trendy open-concept layout—our room featured the sink and shower integrated into the bedroom, while the second room had a little more privacy

Un hotel maravilloso en todos sentidos.

Our stay at Ocean Drive was unfortunately disappointing in several respects. The staff serving breakfast in the morning were very rude and unwelcoming. The only exception was a woman of Asian appearance, who was genuinely kind and helpful. The reception staff were also friendly, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast itself was a disappointment. For example, being allowed to choose only two ingredients when ordering an omelette seemed very strange. I have never experienced such a restriction at any other hotel. The pool area was also frustrating. It was almost impossible to get a sun lounger, and the bar was closed, which made the area far less inviting and caused us to spend our time elsewhere. Fortunately, we had our own terrace. Finally, the waterfall feature in the pool was running constantly. The continuous noise became extremely irritating and made it difficult to relax. Overall, the hotel has potential, and the reception staff deserve praise, but the breakfast service and pool area need significant improvement.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Having an on-site parking lot was also a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Friendly service , but check in process is very slow. Rooftop and pool are quite nice, but services could be improved (no staff/towels before noon; confusing setup that makes it unclear whether cocktails/food are available or not). Excellent location in front of Opera metro. Recommended for 1-2 night stays
