地下鉄オペラ駅のすぐ前で、王宮にも近く、観光やショッピングにとても便利でした。フロントのスタッフにパスポートのコピーをお願いしたところ、即答でOKしてくれました。バーのスタッフも、フレンドリーで、美味しいカクテルなどを作ってくれました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

オペラ駅の真ん前、ソルまで歩いて5.6分で交通はとても便利です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。フロントは24時間いてくれるので、レイトチェックインも問題ないです。私たちは夜中の1時半ごろに着きました。

レセプションの対応は良いが、レストランの対応が遅く、笑顔もなく、不愉快になる。

周辺へのアクセスや、ホテル滞在、いずれも良かった。1点あげるとすれば部屋により冷蔵庫がない場合がある。

Great hotel in a perfect, central location. The receptionists were outstanding, always smiling and saying hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to busy areas. There was a nice roof terrace too. However, do NOT order a drink from the ‘skybar’ using the QR code. I eventually got my drink one hour later after repeatedly chasing it and going downstairs to the bar/restaurant. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology. He should not be working in hospitality. I don’t expect high standards for service, but that was shocking. Obviously, I chose to never eat there, even though I was staying in the hotel for 7 nights.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location in Madrid city center. Even if located in the city center there is hardly any night time noice since it is located on a square with no traffic passing by. Staff was very friendly The bathroom was divided into small separate areas for shower, toilet and washroom which was a bit annoying. But overall impression of the hotel was really good. We did not try the breakfast since there are so many places to eat just outside of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool is an excellent place to relax. The location is right in Centro & a close walk to many restaurants, bars & sightseeing places. Would highly recommend. We were able to check in early after arriving off of our flight which was a huge plus as well.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Parkhaus und Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge. Madrid kann von hier aus gut zu Fuß erkunden.

Excellent location and staff.

The hotel is in a great central location, it was very clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had, the bar choices where really good, the room size was not bad considering is in the hart of Madrid even though we can hear the people talking out on the street. We liked the rooftop pool area, is small but perfecto for sunsets and wine. The only bad experience was a lady in the food service that mistreated my wife. personel like her should not be allowed in a position to deal with customers without the proper trainings, I think her name was Desire, we also had dinner in the terrace thrusting the Michelin signs posted on the outside, ordered the seafood rice, they dont call it Paella but is pretty much a paella, it was salty and not great, it was just edible. But again the bar cocktails where the best.They just need to work on the overall customer service part.

Muy buena experiencia

Came to Madrid for my 55th bday. Missed a day because of Airline issues. But the days I stayed Ocean Drive staff was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The property was well situated for access to shopping and food choices. It was also clean and we always felt safe.
