24時頃の到着であったが問題なくチェックインできました。年配の女性のサービスが凄く嬉しかったです。チェックアウト後の荷物も預かっていただき、観光も手ぶらで快適でした。バス停から徒歩12,3分で夜間でも全く問題なかったです。

バスが遅れて到着が遅れてしまったんですが、快く対応してくださいました。また、連続で同じ部屋が取れず翌日に違う部屋にうつらないといけなかったのですが翌朝が早く荷物をどうしようか悩んでいたら、オーナーが翌日予約していた部屋に運んでくださいました。とても助かりました！ 立地としてはバスターミナルの近くで、オールドタウンまでは結構距離があるんですが、バスがあるので全く問題ないです。スーパーもすぐ近くにあります。 私はここを拠点にコトルに行ったのですが、周辺へのバスは大体バスターミナルから出ているので、ドゥブロヴニクを起点にいろんな都市に行きたい方はバスターミナル近くの方が便利だと思います。 逆にドゥブロヴニクでのんびりしたい、夜まで遊びたい！という方はオールドタウンの方で宿泊された方がいいと思います。 オーナーもとても親切な方で、私はとても良い滞在となりました！

3泊滞在で訪れました。 初日のチェックインの時間が遅かったのですが、女性オーナーの方が到着を待っていてくれで，本当に安心しました。 部屋はシンプルだけど広くて、収納が広かったのは大きなポイントです。シャワー・トイレ・洗面台がやや狭いかな？という感じですが、不便は感じませんでした。 すぐ近くにバス停があり，旧市街まで不便無く移動可能です。本数も十分です。 空港へのシャトルバスはバスターミナルまで男がスーツケース持ちながらで10分では厳しいくらい。転がしにくい路面ですが、途中に坂道は無いです。 買い物は隣のバス停の目の前にTOMMYがあり、そこが便利です。歩いても平気な距離です。近くのバス停の目の前にもあります。 坂道に困らず、旧市街より安く滞在できる、オーナーさん親切な方、なので特に女性には便利で安心できる宿だと思います。 追記、オーナーさんは水道水は飲んでも大丈夫と言っていました。私は飲みましたが、滞在中腹痛は全く無かったです。

街から少し離れていますがバス停が近くにあります。 レストランやスーパーも近くにあり便利です。

I had a lovely stay, although short. Senada was so friendly and welcoming! It was like being a guest in someone's home. I found the room too light and had to wear an eye mask, but I loved the fact that slippers were provided.

It had almost everything you’d want (only lacking a microwave and espresso machine). Very convenient to ship and bus ports, and local bus stop to the Pile Gate. Very clean and very nice staff.

These rooms are located close to the ferries and bus depot. It’s a simple room with a very comfortable bed and a good size shower. The owner is a lovely woman who takes good care to make sure you are settled in. If you’re inclined to walk, we walked to and from old town easily. We enjoyed our stay.

Rommet var lite, men rent og ordentlig. Vertinna var veldig opptatt av at vi skulle ha det bra. Frokost var ikke inkludert, men vertinna spanderte morgenkaffe på oss.

Fantastic location, room, and the host! Location - the most perfect location if you do not want to be in the busy and price Old Town, and yet you do want to be able to quickly get to the Old Town. At least three bus lines take you from the Rooms Edna to the Old Town. The bus schedule is a dense one, you can just get to the bust stop, and the bus will arrive withing five minutes for sure. Where is the bus stop? Glad you asked - 50 meters walk from your room. Furthermore, if you are arriving or using the Port of Dubrovnik for your excursions, the Port is... well... you guessed it, accross the street of that bus stop. If you are arriving or planing to use the City's Main Bus Station for inter Croatia or inter countries travel, that Main Bus Station is an easy and flat 10 minutes walk or a one bus stop from your Rooms Edan bus stop. Taxis are to be found parked, next to the Port of Dubrovnik. Rooms have air condition working great. We were there at the hotest days of the 2025 summer and are spoiled by USA air condition usage in the Midwest. Bedrooms are, like everywhere else in Dubrovnik, not a huge ones like in Cancun, but everything is there and they are exceptionaly clean. There is a mini fridge that works as it should. The shower/bathroom are clean, modern, and regularly (as well, as the whole room) serviced and equipped. The windows are well built and isolate from any possible noise and keep a lots of heat away. The host is always available to help. Will go again!

Location! Location! Location! Minutes from bus station and port. Quiet! Stayed a week and it was perfect. Bus to Old Town is less than 10 minutes away. Would defiantly stay again if I went back. Highly reccomend!

Small but comfortable room for a night. Hostess was a bit under the weather but helped with info on buses and restaurants nonetheless. The property is down a narrow alleyway which might be disconcerting at night. Generally a good spot.

Rummet var mycket rent, välordnat och perfekt för två personer. Värden var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam och området var jättefint, nära till kollektivtrafik och restauranger. Det tog ungefär en halvtimmes promenad till Gamla stan. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att bo där.

Great location close to ferry terminal, public transportation and bus depot. Tiny room. Great for one night stay.
