I would be happy if the hotel provided free bottled water since I drink coffee every morning. I had to prepare water myself every day.

I will never use this hotel again since I was charged a horrible amount. Be careful because you will be charged a completely different amount than the amount you booked online. When you checked out, they won’t show you the invoice because the machine is broken, and they’ll send you a higher invoice later.

Highly recommend this renovated Art Deco hotel.... Only thing missing is a pool!!

Staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, the rooms okay, but personally I'd think twice about the location if returning to San Jose. There are plenty of hospitality options a short walk away, but if you want a convenience store or drug store--that's a long walk (at least a mile away). Good coffee in the ground floor cafe, but very limited breakfast options--you better like oatmeal.

Very nice art deco hotel. Located in heart of downtown, so close to good restaurants etc. I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was clean and close to night life and beds where comfortable will definitely stay here again

Great Stay – Would Book Again! My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. We came for dinner and drinks, and the location was perfect. Valet parking was $50, but totally worth it since we could take the car in and out as needed. Other nearby garages were cheaper, but didn’t offer that flexibility. The valet team took great care of our car. After dinner, we walked to some bars nearby—everything is super walkable with tons of food and drink options. Overall, it was a really nice stay. We definitely recommend and are already planning to book again!

It was good. A/C didn’t work. They only had valet parking and parking anywhere else was a nightmare. Goo location and amazing view.

A good experience, just wish they would clean the outsides of the windows!
