Great stay

Ceiling light not working. Many chips in bathtub paint. Flat uncomfortable pillows. Thermostat falling off the wall. Weather stripping around the door missing with -20C breeze coming through. Furniture moving upstairs after 10 pm. But the check in clerk was friendly and kind.

Parking was heavily covered in major snow and walkways not shoveled as well

The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Staff provide excellent service . I always stay there whenever visiting fort st john.

On a slip road south of the highway this bare bones motel lacks basic amenities and was in need of a lot of upkeep. I would not recommend.

It was a very basic property it was inexpensive and it was a place to rest my head

No help with bags. Rooms dirty.

The pictures on this ad in no way described the facility. The room was very very dirty ( the bathroom was clean”. I left at 8:00 am for a full day of meetings and when I returned at 7:00 pm the room had not been cleaned. I checked out and requested refund of the second day. After much complaining, they refined one night. I have pictures that should be on their ads.

Terrible place to stay

At the very least (not expecting anything else) for its low price, hopefully it’d be cleaner. There are red and brown spot smudges on the bathroom wall heater and the toiled bowl has stained/blackened bottom. The room has a definite smell on it esp the bathroom. The mini fridge yellowish and old which is okay as long as clean.

Ive been to this Hotel several times,.. I was the pleasantly surprised to get a nice little corner unit that had a full fridge , stove and kitchenette,..It was quiet, clean and very comfortable.. I will be asking for that room again ❤️

It was fine for the money. Staff/owners are very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Was good,Check-in was good.The ladies at the desk were awesome and efficient... The only problem was, it was 10 AM check out is11 AM housekeeper knocked on the door and I yelled out twice that we were in there...They phoned us twice.I answered the phone after the housekeeper walked in on us... I said to the gentleman on the phone that checked up was 11.Why were they bothering us at 10am... He asked if we were staying another night and I said no,.. I start work at noon so we were just having coffee until check out.. I felt like we were being rushed when the hotel was very quiet that day 😳

Good visit

My wife stayed here for our kid's volleyball. What a dive. I would've asked for a different room if i was there. One of the main issues was that the lock had been kicked off previously. I would never stay in a dive without a proper door lock. She pushed the chair up against the door and stayed i found out two days later
