10点満点の滞在でした。帰りたくありませんでした！絶対にまた来ます！ 受付のUiniさんは素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーで、手続き全体をスムーズに進めてくれて、私たちを温かく迎えてくれました。 部屋は居心地が良く、まるで自分の家にいるような気分でした。きちんと整頓されていて、驚くほど広々としていました。キッチンには必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 立地も最高です！アボンデールの町からそれほど遠くなく、とても便利です。 Roomie Apartments Avondaleさん、素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました！また必ず来ます。

素晴らしい立地で、近くには様々な飲食店やお店があります。客室は広々としており、設備も充実しています。フルキッチンと食器洗い機も完備しています。部屋のデザインは明るくシンプルながらも、お値段以上の価値を提供しています。そして何より、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、何度でも泊まりたくなるようなホテルです！

仕事で2回滞在しました。スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーでとても親切でした。立地も最高で、お店や高速道路へのアクセスも抜群です。お部屋は素敵で、モダンなフルキッチン、スタイリッシュなバスルーム、そして何より、最高に快適なベッドが備わっていました。まさに「ルーミー」なアパートメントで、滞在を心から満喫しました。次回の滞在を楽しみにしています🥰🙏

I highly recommend Roomie! We stayed in February 2025. We are from Ireland, and we used Roomie as a base when travelling around NZ . We had all the security of a hotel and all the freedom of an apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartments were very comfortable and clean.The water pressure in the shower was great . We had lovely showers there. The staff were wonderful, every time you went to the desk you knew you would get help with a smile. I can't complement them enough. The communication via email before our stay was prompt and helpful. We had connections to Avondale so it was an ideal location for us but if you don't have any connections to Avondale, it is still a great location as the train is across the road from the apartment hotel. You can get the train to New Lynn and there is a mall there with a big supermarket or to Mt Albert to Pak N' Save a cheaper supermarket. It also goes to Britomart, where you can get to the viaduct in central Auckland. There is also a shop around the corner if you need some essentials. Try to book direct as you get some extra perks like free laundry and early check-in than if you use a 3rd party website.

翌日飛行機に乗る予定だったので、私たちはRoomIeで一晩だけ過ごしました。フレンドリーな歓迎、美しくモダン、そして何よりも清潔なスタジオ！非常に優れた価格/性能比。オークランドダウンタウン - ブリトマートへの銀行詳細 - 素晴らしい。ドアの目の前に駅があります。まだ静かなロケーション。とても快適なベッドです！またそこに泊まりたいと思います。素晴らしいチームに感謝します！
