We love our stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service.

Leider war Zimmer nicht so sauber angefangene Wasser Flasche , hat man nicht weggenommen und kein neues . Leider auch nicht sauber Möbel war ziemlich alt. Preis war zu hoch für dieses Hotel leider ist nicht das wert.

Chambre dans un bâtiment séparé pas précisé lors de la réservation! Se déplacer en navette de l’hôtel principal à un autre endroit pour dormir. Pas pratique se déplacer piscine&hammam en navette. Soi disant Polyglotte? Même pas la langue française pour un hôtel en Suisse! Dépôt 100.- et attendre quelques jours pour se faire rembourser! Payer 30.- pour le parking la nuit et c’est un hôtel 5*! Vieux et usés les meubles dans la chambre. Dommage pas compatible moderne et vieux. Seul point positif propre, literie parfait et personnel sympathique. Très déçue au prix par rapport aux prestations. Je ne proposerais pas cet hôtel.

The hotel rooms were extremely small, similar to those in an IBIS hotel. We were sent to rooms in a different building, which was located among residential buildings and had actually been a residential building converted into a hotel. On all booking platforms, only the main hotel building is advertised, and nowhere is it mentioned that you might end up staying in a separate building far from the hotel. It was definitely not worth the money we paid.

This was my 2nd stay and it was very unpleasant. During my first visit, I forgot my Chanel makeup bag and medication at the hotel. When I booked again two days later, called ahead to request my items upon arrival, but they were locked away and unavailable. In the morning, there was no note left for the next shift, so I had to explain everything again. It took 40 minutes to locate my belongings, despite my urgency for a business meeting. All this time, I asked to see the manager, but the receptionist insisted no one was available. Then they even said, “Do you get what I am telling you?” and even raised his voice at me. Eventually, I did managed to meet with the GM, who apologized, but overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Amazing overall, luxury

Extremely overpriced and overrated. Thought we would be in the hotel among other guests. Instead at check in we were told we would be in their other building. We lugged five suitcases down what seemed like a never ending hallway. It took nearly twenty minutes to get to our room in the other building. The room was the size of a closet, so small we had to check our ski bags… there was barely any room to walk. Anytime we called room service for anything we were told why? Don’t you already have that? The restaurants they pride themselves on within the hotel are reservation only so the convenience of having everything on site doesn’t apply unless thoroughly planned ahead of time. When we checked out, we told their team about our dissatisfaction and were given a small espresso as consolation.

Not indicated that the standard rooms are in another building connected by long, steep tunnel…. Long walk in dark tunnel with steep inclines and multiple turns

Stayed here for 5 days with the family. Excellent hotel. But, you’ll enjoy all the amenities a lot more if you come here as a couple.

Wonderful stay.. Reaching out to the Hotel if walking or using public transport can be challenging in the winter conditions

Large beautiful Hotel. The room was amazing and very well decorated. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The location was beautiful but far away from city center and required transportation to arrive at numerous local sights.
