6泊しました。古さは感じますが部屋は広く清掃等も申し分ありませんでした。特に嬉しかったのはロビーにあるドリンクサービスで、24時間利用できました。ダウンタウンへはかなり距離がありますが、近くにスーパーや飲食店もあり静かで良い環境でした。

グレンデールに出張で行ったのですが、とても良いホテルでした。割引になっていたので更にお得感がありました。

・都会の真ん中でもないのに１泊１５USDの駐車代は高すぎる。（無料にすべき） ・上の階の宿泊者の歩く音が大きく聞こえる。 ・清掃者とすれ違っても挨拶がない（当方から挨拶をしても）

ホテルの立地、設備も良く、コーヒー/エスプレッソサーバー、フレーバーウォーター（ソーダ）はとても良かったです。 唯一残念だったのが2日の滞在でしたが、2日目の朝にdo not disturbの札をドアにぶら下げていたのですが、しっかり入室され、ベッドメイク他を行っていました。これまでに数多くのホテルに滞在しましたが、これは初めてでした。

私自身の感想としては、とても便利に使えるホテルだと思います。高速道路のそばでも意外に静かです。フロントのスタッフの対応は人によって違いますが充分だと思います。ベッドメイキングなどの掃除は本人の希望がない場合はチェックアウトまで行いません。

I think this hotel has recently been renovated and has the latest service flow. Of course, there are many cases where you will be charged a fee, but on the other hand, for example, when I inquired about the shower temperature being low, the next day the shower was warm enough and I could use it. There is also a coffee machine at the counter, which will help you soothe your travel fatigue.I have been traveling between Japan and Los Angeles for over 30 years.It may not be as good as you expected, but I don't think you will be disappointed. I think it's better to just actively ask questions and speak up.

El lugar no estuvo mal ,pero la atención no me gustó.

十分な広さと清潔感のある部屋でした。コンセントも十分な数があります。ロビーに無料のコーヒーサーバー、炭酸水サーバーがあるので飲み物に困りません。周辺にはスーパーやチェーン店があります。

駐車料金10ドル/泊は、かなり高い。ダウンタウンにあるホテルではないのだから、無料か、せめて5ドル/泊にして宿泊費に含めるべきである。別料金は、しみったれた印象がある。ホテル自体は、クリーンで明るく、ルームレートはリーズナブルなので、とても残念。

It was just what I needed and even tho it's a bit far from where I need to be in l.a. I might stay again tonight

The jacuzzi tub needed recaulking around the rim and the edges of the tile where the caulking was missing were very sharp and could definitely scratch or cut someone

It was our first time staying here and the virtual checkin was different but it was quick and easy. I have never had to pay extra for parking but i would stay here again.

The location is excellent, and it is a clean and quiet place.

The fact that there was no front desk staff at all and that I had to call someone specifically to ask to have the room made up is unacceptable. When I checked in/out, it was with someone on a tv screen who wasn’t in the building let alone the country. Not ok.

Getting away for the night. Love the jacuzzi.
