Habitación amplia, limpia y con muy buena vista de la ciudad

solo los filtros de película de pegatina del baño están muy despegados. necesita un poco de mantenimiento, por lo demás todo estuvo bien

THere was a contious hot water problem which has been solved after.

Hermoso y amplio lugar. Bien comunicado y con facil accesos además de tener varias tiendas cercanas

Pedimos una cobija y nunca llegó , pedimos la clave de wifi y nos la dieron equivocada , hasta el último día nos la dieron correcta , pero de ahí en fuera bien.

Solo el tema del olor, que no era agradable… lo demás en general muy bien

Horrible place .Sofa smelled. Linen was dirty. Window shades dont block the sun. Extremely noisy. Bathroom window has nothing blocking the view from other departments. Poor signage to find it. Too many wrongs to list . I complained upon check out . I stayed at another hotel for haft the price and ten times the quality. Only positive thing is they found an item i left behind and kept it for me

The room was very noisy and it was in 12th floor, i cannot imagine what would be in a lower floor, i had stayed in these apartments before but on the other side of the building and the room was fine and I had only the regular street noise, this time was horrible because you can hear all the trucks and motorcycles passing through, when I saw the earplugs in the night table I was surprised, but I totally get it now with one night of horrible sleep, the room from before had a bigger bed and was more affordable than this room, there is no way to know that you are booking a noisy room, ULIV answer was that there was no availability, they did not solve the problem and did not offer an alternative

the room was cleaned, no issues, what was missing was a safety deposit box, every thing was perfect, including staff.

The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend.

Pésima la estancia, estuve hasta las 2:15 am sin habitación porque no se podía abrir, y Nadie se hace responsable porque en la noche solo hay guardias y “ me dieron como compensación… “ poder salir a las 12 del día “ una burla

La habitación estaba bien, solo faltaría un espejo de cuerpo completo pero fuera de eso todo bien y limpio. El Personal amable y el lugar súper bien ubicado y hay suficiente seguridad

Los servicios y la ubicacion son excelentes. El trato tambien es muy bueno.

Tuvimos problemas con la temperatura del agua de la regadera. Salía muy caliente o muy fría. No nos proporcionaron los controles del aire acondicionado y al pedir papel de baño extra, pareciera queríamos una noche extra gratis. No nos lo proporcionó la persona de limpieza y al pedirlo nuevamente en recepción, solo se nos dio 1 rollo de papel higiénico. En general no fue la mejor experiencia de servicio, puede mejorar
