The room was clean and check in was seamless. Appreciate the communication from staff. The property could use a bit of an external make-over.

5th time staying here. Never disappoints! Always quiet and comfortable!

Great location, just half a mile from lake mirror and Main Street. The amenities in the room, cleanliness and the space inside the suite with parking facilities were great. It’s a small property and undergoing renovation as of July 2025. Very thin walls and ceiling. Can hear every nail drop, footsteps and people’s voices from outside too. I guess that’s the compromise for the prices they were available at since the room itself was great and the location too.

My original room reservation was upgraded to 2-rooms with two double beds for each room. We were more then excited for the room upgrade. Thank you!!

Clean, simple, good for the weekend stay

Loved this motel. There was nobody onsite. All the communication was excellent, very helpful, and greatly appreciated. Made this trip a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a freshly remodeled bathroom. Great shower! We would most definitely stay here again!

Maple is refitting their rooms, great value and past stays have been good!

Room was spacious and had been renovated. Pool was not in service. Appears place is under renovation so really couldn’t judge the finished product. Shower head was installed incorrectly causing water to just drip. Room floor was dirty. Check in was seamless and it’s a great location.

Hair on sheets. Property looks dilapidated from outside. Cable TV not working. Inside room updated nicely and inexpensive price.

The room was very "simple" yet extremely clean. The crisp white room and bed made it a very pleasing environment. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom seemed newly tiled with very nice fixtures. No room key necessary because we were sent a code to enter our room. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Expedia was supposed to contact the property and cancel my booking due to an error that I immediately saw after booking the wrong night on expedia's confusing sight. I did not check in because I did not stay here, but got charged despite calling the property and leaving a message and also asking expedia to handle this on chat (which they assured me they would try to take care of but still have not)

Check in was easy and efficient, the place was super conveniently located. The space was also huge for the price and exactly what I needed for my stay. Would recommend and stay again!

Doesn't look great from the outside but the inside was amazing! The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable and check in was simple.

If i could give them a negative score i would . this place is a dump! the floors are very dirty. while they clean the floor they cant be cleaning the mop.(see pics). multiple rooms are like this. the microwave buttons dont work, the AC doesnt work well, the water never gets warmer than warm, they only give you 3 cups for your entire stay. one day i returned after they moped the floor and the floor was so slick i did a yard sail - lunch went flying in one direction, my cell in another and everything else in another. i have a pretty bad bruise that i need to go see a dr for tomorrow. we stayed there because people said it was pretty good. believe me - its not worth it. oh - the entertainment was scary - a couple was shouting outside for about 3 hours. was waiting for the police to come any minute. RENOVATIONS started in Feb 2025. still nowhere near done. Pool doesnt look like it will open this year and there is no jacuzzi or hot tub.

Great place!

it was priced reasonably for the Lake Placid area and it was a good location. They were skimpy on the bath towels, there wasn't a floor mat or hand towels or wash cloths just a pair of bath towels. Also. it took a while the get the TV working as it took some steps to get it done. They should have the instructions on the TV to help future people who stay there and a list of the Apps that worked would be nice also instead of having the try each one to see if the hotel had a subscription or not. There was a lot of light coming in both windows even with the shades down which woke me up early every morning no breakfast either but there was a McDonalds about 4 minutes walking distance away other than that it did the job but for some very inexpensive little things this could have been a better stay for future travelers.

Good price, easy no contact check in. Perfect for a two day hicking trip in Adirondacks for a couple traveling on a budget. Close to restaurants, stores and attractions in Lake Placid. Clean room, hot shower, comfy bed.
