The staff were all lovely. The room was clean every day . Breakfast passable. Room maintenance not good and a smell of drainage every day

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques mètres d’une belle plage prisée. Parking facile. Des commerces très proches ou sur la partie haute de la ville. Immense terrasse avec très belle vue et de nombreux transats au bord de la piscine. Personnel hyper adorable. La chambre est assez grande avec les rangements nécessaires. La tv est petite mais pas très important. Balcon avec étendoir à linge. La climatisation manque un peu de puissance. Possibilité de se faire prêter un parasol pour la plage. Restaurant qualitatif avec donc une très belle vue.

Tout était parfait. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, le personnel est très agréable, souriant et de bon conseil, la vue depuis la terrasse où se situe le restaurant/bar et piscine est magnifique. Je recommande cet établissement.

We loved our stay here. It’s such a fantastic location, with a beautiful rooftop bar & restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we would stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming. The lobby smelt so good and fresh. The room is very clean and I like the beach decor. The bartender was very attentive and helpful. Our hotel was close and walkable to Cala En Porter beach. The beach is amazing.

Amazing hotel views and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants! Reception staff were really lovely and always helped by booking taxi’s and cleaners were also great! Rooftop pool was very nice - only suggestion would be more subtle, instrumental only music as there was a whole afternoon of sad country songs which wasn’t the best vibe whilst relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooftop terrace was excellent. Great use of the space to relax when you don’t want to go the beach. The location was also great, 2 min walk if that from the beach. 10 min walk to restaurants/supermarkets. Aircon worked perfect and the beds were comfy (if you like firm, which we do) All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves aren’t cleaned very well. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all 3 rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust, dirt, hairs etc on the floor. It seems as though cleaning is done very surface level and furniture isn’t moved, so the floors don’t get cleaned properly. Our final room, whilst the hairdryer worked, it was falling apart and the toilet seat was loose. The rooms would benefit from being checked after cleaning/maintained. This was a shame as the rest of the property was great and we enjoyed our stay bar the took cleanliness. Sound travels quiet easily through the rooms so you can often here other guests.

Hôtel très bien situé aux pieds d'une sublime crique. Et aux pieds de 2 agences de location de kayak. Personnel aux petits soins et très gentil et réactif. Photos contractuelles, l'espace piscine, terrasse et petit déjeuner très mignon. Point négatif : Nous avons eu une panne de clim toute la semaine cependant l'hôtel a su nous proposer des alternatives. Le coût du petit déjeuner un peu cher par rapport à la diversité des produits proposés. Mais dans l'ensemble très bon hôtel

Great location , very helpful staff, so close to the beach . The restaurant was good too. The shower was not the best - seemed like a bit of a design fault to us . It had a tendency to flood the bathroom and we had to use the foot towels to try and stem the flow which worked quite well . But everything else was perfect .

Hôtel très agréable, situé près de la plage de Cala En Porter. Le personnel est professionnel et toujours à l'écoute de la clientèle, de bon conseil (pour les restaurants et les excursions notamment). L'établissement propose par ailleurs un service de restauration de très bonne qualité (uniquement certains jours au mois de mai).

Un service irréprochable : accueil à 23h30 avec le sourire . Surclassement offert pour notre premier voyage à Minorque . Un endroit idyllique, une équipe pro et à l écoute. L hôtel est idéalement situé . Le roof top est un vrai plus. Un seul bémol la qualité des petits déjeuners. Pour notre prochaine venue , une valeur sûre et incontournable. Un grand merci à toute l équipe .

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool have an incredible view of the cove. Truly magical.

A localizacao muito boa, limpeza ok, mas o café da manhã decepcionante. No primeiro dia ja foi fraco, no segundo dia cortaram pela metade, e quando reclamei me enviaram um email falando que era devido o baixo numero de hospedes e fim de temporada. Entao é melhor que nao vendam hospedagem com cafe da manha. Um cafe da manha ridículo nada a ver com o que ja experienciei nas ilhas baleares.

This hotel is quite close to the rather small beach. It has a large lobby and some helpful staff. The first room could not be locked from the inside so after a written complaint as my verbal complaint was not taken seriously we were given another room with some added facilities the following day. However, there were black ants in this room, the commode seat was coming off at one end and the bed was so soft that I woke up with serious pains in my lower back on both nights that we slept there. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—a beautiful sun trap with comfy beds that was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The breakfast was nice and good value for the price, but the queue for the lone coffee/tea machine was long and slow so it is recommended that another machine be installed at the other end of the counter. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the views of the beach were lovely. It would be nice if all rooms are thoroughly checked for issues and fixed so that customers have no cause for complaint.

Great location room.105 was very clean and modern comfy bed ,with very helpful friendly staff great walk in shower handy lift to the 1st floor very close to free parking and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Access to local shops and bars is via either a quite steep hill or up 180 steps not for people with mobility issues Noisy room due to busy road and bar below, it was a superior room with coffee pod machine (we couldn't get it to work properly ). Very small.pool area , beds and cabanas needed updating , and didnt like the look of the buffet style breakfast

We had a lovely stay here and the beach is beautiful.
