I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are thieves

first they have no wifi and than we stayed there one night me and my wife in med night power is go off the mosquitoes every where and the mosquitoes net is not working really is very bad I am not recommending
