Amazing, the best for us

A perfect apartment for a 10 day stay in Madrid. A safe and friendly neighborhood, close to shopping and grocery stores. The AC was excellent and there is in-unit laundry (combo washer/dryer). We enjoyed the terrace and the wifi network was excellent for Zoom calls and streaming. The daily maid service was excellent to tidy up the apartment. The elevator was perfect. Most important, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They are spoke English which was helpful for us and were always at the front desk and available to assist. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Nice, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Great location, walking distance to many points of interest. Good value and really nice staff.

The rooms were beautiful and there was a functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. This are incredibly picky criticisms and are of at outweighed by the surprise perks (fully decked out gym and this is great quality and value for what we paid.

Our experience staying at Ayala 63 was amazing. Very pretty apartment, cleaned every day, spacious, very friendly staff, walkable, in a safe neighborhood. Bed very comfortable and great air conditioner. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, good communication, clean, safe and has a private pool. Absolutely fantastic.

Lovely apartment, can be a bit noisy with people upstairs shoving furniture around. At midnight mind you. Not the company’s fault just rude guests. Also sauna not working, wouldn’t heat up and staff was unable to assist. Cleaning service was excellent. In a nice neighbourhood, easy walk to Goya metro station

The stay was great and the staff were very nice and professional. One observation was that the reservation was for the balcony and the actual hotel room was different. The spa and the hotel pool were very pleasant and clean. The front desk personnel were excellent providing service and guiding us. Location very convenient.

El staff súper amable! El cuarto tiene cortinas black out por lo que puedes descansar incluso de día! Todo está prácticamente cerca! El gimnasio lo reservas entonces es para ti solamente! Volvería! 10/10

The hotel and staff were magnificent! The location felt remote which was a plus and a minus. It was very quiet and relaxing. We wish there were more restaurants in our neighborhood.
