Ótima vista, é um excelente atendimento!

nice location, very good restaurant, comfy bed, easy parking. one very simple problem was no handrails in bathroom. bath was very nice but nothing to grab. this is why every room that i have ever been has a loose towel rack if they don't have a hand grip. simple fix that will save money overall. we will stay here again. we bring our own hand grips.

overall not bad for the price but definitely not a place I would stay for more than one night. parking was full and difficult to find an open space. Hotel is older and remodeled and in good condition. Room was clean. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and need a foam topper. Shower has no slip proof bottom, are old slick porcelain and have no grab bars and no place to set soap or shampoo up higher than the tub. Breakfast area is ok, apple juice tasted fermented in the machine. Staff are always friendly and the breakfast area is good for family to hang out and play games in the evening.

We had the smallest room in the place. All the rooms on our floor were vacant, except 2 but were for handicapped accessiblity. However, the 2 other guest using rooms that were handicapped but they were not. Would not recommend staying.

parking was full and difficult to locate an open spot. Hotel is good for the price. Juice in bkfast area tasted fermented. Otherwise a good stay.

Nice swimming pool!

Overall very clean and indoor pool area was nice for the kids. The game room and gym both had out of service signs on everything so we did not get to use any of them. Breakfast is nothing fancy but enough to get your day started. We had booked 2 nights but couldnt arrive til next day due to tornado outbreak near my home....was told "you didn't call, so no refund". A phone call to the hotel wasn't on my mind at the time of the storms but oh well I guess.

Hotel staff members were helpful and very friendly. The dining options at the resort are wonderful with attentive and friendly staff.

I loved that the property was on the lake and had a restaurant on the property

The room was not clean. I had to move the bed a little yo the side because of my toddler and It even had trash underneath, very dirty.

Great customer service

Agent checked me into a room that was already occupied. Went to get a new room agent kept telling me i was the only one in the room. Finally gave me a key to a new room. Bath tub had multiple pubes in it. I did not want to use it.

Close to the strip

Fridge not working, sink leaks underneath, tv not programmed, alarms going off 3 times in near rooms for 20 to 30 mins at a time. Lipstick stain on clean towels..

Really enjoyed our stay!
