Bien que l'établissement mérite un rénovation, mon séjour à été très agréable. Merci au personnel.

Good view of the bridge...

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge med såväl egen strand som poolområde. Personalen gör sitt bästa men frukostmatsalen lever inte upp till standarden för ett hotell som vill vara högklassigt. Tråkigt bröd, utspädd apelsinsaft som juice, blaskigt kaffe och inte ens en tomatskiva. Många gäster har all inclusive så jag förstår att de vill spara in, dock inte vi. I poolbaren fick vi betala för Greklands sämsta Frappe (saknade helt kaffesmak). Rummen rena och ljusa och städningen var bra. Känns lite som man lever på gamla meriter

It was probably a very good hotel 10 years ago. This hotel needs a lot of renovations. It is clean, but everything is very old. The breakfast wasn't very good. The spa facilities are awful. The only good thing was the massage.

Good customer service, friendly, helpful, free upgrad.. The hotel need renovation....

Terrible property. Horrible conditions nothing like the pictures. Very run down and old worn out furnishings that are outdated. Would not recommend at all to anyone.

Poor maintenance, needs updating

The hotel was run down. Upon arrival the lights were off in the lobby, no AC, and the guest in front of us was complaining about something as did the one after us. I expected to see antiquities in Greece but I did not expect the hotel to be one of them. The Casino was boarded up ( false advertising). The hallways were dirty and dimly lit. The room was dirty and falling apart, The AC was not working properly in the middle of a historic heat wave, and only one AC unit even though it was a two room “suite”. I was ready to leave immediately but after a 16 hour trip decided to stay the night and make other arrangements in the morning… big mistake. At 5:30am the AC decided to fully give up on this hotel as well, with a violent clatter that probably woke up the whole floor. I honestly felt so uneasy and distraught. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick hatte einen bestimmt 20 Jahre alten völlig verkommenen Laminatboden. Die Wände übersäht mit kleinen Toten Spinnen und totgeschlagenen Mücken. Möbel und Fernseher ok, ebenso das Bad obwohl auch das Alter sichtbar ist. Mehrere Wasserschäden im Zimmer waren nur halbherzig ausgebessert. In diesem Hotel besteht erheblicher Renovierungsbedarf. Sauberkeit kann man allerdings auch so herstellen. Leider liegt das Hotel ausgezeichnet, wasmeine beruflichen Aktivitäten in Patras/Rio angeht, sodass ich auch weiterhin dort nächtigen werde.

Beach had rocks. Limited fast food for dinner.casino closed. Lots of kids. Old hotel redone. Patra more than 10 km away. Isolated area with no outside restaurants nearby. View of Rio bridge was great.

The customer service at this property was completely rude and disrespectful. We were originally given the wrong room and then bugs were found in our new room

Helpful staff. Beautiful beach view

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location. Very relaxing environment. Not much near by walking distance if you want shops, restaurants etc
