シャワーブースの扉に隙間があり外部に水が漏れるのは改善してほしいです。IHコンロのチャイルドロック解除のやり方の案内がないので困りました。

清潔感があり暖房も暖かく 過ごしやすかったです。 トイレやシャワーが二つあり 便利でした。 メイン通りにあるので ご飯屋さんにもスキー場にも アクセスしやすかったです。 隣に銭湯もあります。 ヴィレッジ側のお部屋に4人で 泊まりましたが、 ソファが一つしかなく ダイニングテーブルとの距離が 近くて少し狭く感じました。 部屋に洗濯機があったのは とても助かりました。 チェックイン時に部屋の掃除は ２日に１回との説明でしたが、 ３泊したのですが、1度も 部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは なくて残念でした。 新しいタオルなどはわざわざ フロントに電話してもらいました。 スタッフも外国の方が多く フレンドリーですが 少し大雑把に感じました。

アップゲレンデが便利。部屋が広かった。バスタブがあれば良かった。

立地が良く、新しいだけで、 値段に見合うクオリティでは全くなかった。 久しぶりに、残念で腹正しいサービスを受けた。 二度と行かない。

Ski in ski out with ski lockers just steps from the slope. Great location and nice property.

This hotel is well located well maintained but you should forget Japanese hospitality. One of the most arrogant attitude i have ever experienced in any hotel. Check in lady was the worst then shift manager lady was no help.

The hotel was comfortable clean, great view of the mountains. Truly a ski in and out location. Ski lockers on basement floor, you put your skis on and ski down to the family lift, you can get your lift tickets there or online ahead of time. From that lift you can go up to the other lifts. Beginner runs here but with access, to red and black . We loved it would definitely return and recommend. Many of restaurants available in hotel but walking distance. Many rental shops also available nearby.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. A good choice for ski in and ski out hotel

Great stay yet again! Easy access to the family slopes at the rear and convenience stores on the main street. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful.

1. Safety - every part of the door need access by using our room card. 2. Easily accessible to skii area. 3. Room is big and spacious. Everything in the room we need is there.

With Ski in Ski out and locker provided, its really nice for a family getaway! Hotel condition is new, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and dining area equipped with kitchen. we enjoyed the stay.

Lovely property and staff. However, there is a overwhelming sulfuric/sewage smell issue, particularly in the bedrooms and the water that comes from the bathtub in the suite. The only solution is propping windows and doors open at all times. Though the smell may be attributable to the neighboring onsen facilities, the smell is too strong to be acceptable. If the Maples could figure out how to fix this, it would be a perfect stay.

The Maples Niseko is a beautiful accommodation with very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed for 1 week here and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were spacious, very clean and filled with amenities such as a dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, chiller and freezer and a washer/dryer. The ski in/ski out was very convenient going to the lifts and coming back to the Maples with no extra walking required. The ski lockers are clean and spacious with enough room for multiple people’s gear in one locker. If you book rental equipment with Rhythm they have a special drop off area with a QR code to return for gear for you for ease of use, rather than carrying it all back. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

飯店非常舒適，服務也很到位，希望給一個建議，locker room 如果有烘鞋機，進 locker room 有刷板的刷子，會讓 locker room 更乾淨，也能讓雪靴更乾燥。

The Maples is a great choice for larger groups. More basic in services than a hotel but the units are great - spacious and well equipped. Also a fantastic location.

What a wonderful place to stay, the staff are super friendly and are very helpful, the view from our room was superb, the easy of ski in and out was awesome with the ace quad just metre down a green run, no need to walk up to the lifts, then up the ace gondola to the other lifts. The apartment amenities were first rate, room sounds proof so it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend the maples

Excellent location and very convenient for ski in/ski out. Nice 2 bed room apartment with all the amenities and nice view on the slopes, especially at night. Friendly staff, always there to help. Perhaps the only thing missing is a public bath within the property,
