The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station. The reception staffs were friendly and the check-in process was smooth.

Hotel is located just in front of Ollantarytambo station and collectivo station is located just next to Peru Rail station. When I checked in, hotel staff kindly informed me standard taxi fee and collectivo fee to the regional sightseeing spots. To come to hotel, go to the platform of Peru Rail and the door is right side of the platform.

スタッフは非常に親切で丁寧。細かいケアもしてくれます。部屋も一定快適で、電車にすぐ乗れる利便性からもお勧めできます。オーベルジュということで併設のレストランもとても美味しいです。値段も良心的かとおもいます。

マチュピチュからの帰りに利用した駅のホームの中にあるホテル。 リゾートホテル調のなかなか高級感のある室内で、朝食は併設のレストランでビュッフェと一品を選ぶスタイルだった。 室内には水とウェルカムフルーツを用意。テレビが無いのがやや残念だったが、マチュピチュに日帰りするならアクセスも良く、ここを拠点に移動してもいいかも。

マチュピチュへ行く為に３泊予約しました。(１泊目と３泊目を予約して荷物を預けるという選択肢もあるかも知れませんが、安全にスーツケースを置いておきたかったのと、早朝発、夜帰りですぐに部屋に入りたかったので) このホテルの最高に良い点は、オリャンタイタンボ駅構内にホテルがあることです。マチュピチュ行きの列車に乗る為には、駅前の長蛇の列に並ばねばなりません。(金網のゲートが開くのは30分前で、それまで駅に入れません。)‥‥が、このホテル宿泊者は、列車出発10分前まで、ホテルでくつろぐことが出来ます。 それだけでも、このホテルを選ぶ価値があると思います。 あと、姉妹ホテルがクスコにあるので、クスコ観光の間、そこで荷物を預かって貰えました。 フロントスタッフは、皆英語が出来るので、コミュニケーションにも困りません。 観光用のタクシー手配もしてくれます。

マチュピチュ経由地点のオリャンタイタンボで一泊しようと思い、こちらを選択しました。中心部までは徒歩10分くらいでちょっと遠いですが、駅の目の前なので次の日は楽チンでした。 ホテルの敷地がみどりが多くて、とても快適に過ごせました。

立地はこれ以上のもはありません。 便利の一言です。 残念なのはレストランを期待していたのですが夜レストランが使えなかったことです。 クスコに泊まるよりオリャンタイタンポのこのホテルに泊まる方がゆっくりできるし、高山病の心配もしなくて済みます。

列車を降りると、そこにホテルがあり大変便利。建物は年期が入っており雰囲気は良い。ただ、バスタブはなく、シャワーが熱くなったり冷たくなったりで、ゆっくり体を洗えなかった。

マチュピチュ行きの列車が出るホームに入り口がありますが、ガーデンサイドの客室だったので、列車の音は気になりませんでした。ホテルのレストランは、ベジタリアンメニューも豊富で美味しく、ルームサービスも頼めます。ランドリーサービスも格安でした。客室は天井が高く、バスタブ付きで清潔でした。

Good: nice breakfast/restaurant, proximity to the train station Could be better: bedding had a black stain, you get woken up by birds at 4am, the train also choo-choos regularly (whatever room even facing the gardens, you WILL hear it) For the price, not worth it I think.

Great location in the heart of town. However, the train noise does take getting used to, particularly at night since the hotel is attached to the station. Nice staff and good food options.

We loved our stay at El Albergue! First off, we were very happy that we decided to stay in Ollantay during our visit to Machu Piccu (rather than Agua Calientes) which is an incredible location in its own right, with beautiful old town, great restaurants, and fantastic archeologic sites. El Albergue is located at the train station which made if very convenient, but also a romantic old-school vibe which we appreciated. We did also take advantage of their distillery and coffee experience and loved both. The staff here were so kind and helpful, couldn't have asked for better. The room was large, clean and comfortable and everything worked great. We ate at the restaurant one night and thought the food was great. We didn't find the sounds of the trains overly intrusive, but we did look for a room facing away from the tracks and that is probably a good idea.. Highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend the property. It is literally at the train station. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was quite good. I think the floor could use a little cleaning, but the room was generally clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is right next to the train tracks perfect location to get to Machu Picchu. The staff was excellent and so was the restaurant.

Overall love the location. The only issue was having so many bugs on our door and inside our room. We avoided to step outside the room to make sure we don’t get more inside.
