とても静かな場所で快適でした。スタッフもとても親切で丁寧でした。プラハ城のライトアップを見に行くのにも便利。とにかく快適でした。

フロント、清掃、朝食レストラン全てスタッフさんの感じが良かったです。ホテルはとてもこの金額で朝食（野菜や果物も豊富）付き、そしておしゃれできれいだしとても快適に過ごせました。ただ、利用させていただいた1階の奥の部屋まで段数は少ないけど、階段が登り降りとあったのでスーツケース重い方はちょっと大変かもしれません…がそんなことは気にならないくらいすぐそばにBarやTESCO（スーパー）あり、利便性も最高で素晴らしいホテルでした!

The room is clean with a high ceiling. While the location is very close to the tourist spots, the street facing the hotel is quiet.

サービスは素晴らしい！ 親切なフロント。 部屋は清潔だが設備の古さはある。

レジデンスエリアに2泊しました。 早朝の到着でしたが、快く早めにチェックインさせていただき大変助かりました。お部屋は1人では十分な広さで、建物の古さは想定内。むしろその古さがとても良い雰囲気でした。スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。旧市街を歩き回るにもとても便利な立地です。すぐ近くに美味しい朝食のお店もありますし、ショッピングも楽しめます。賑やかな通りから少し入ったところなので最初は分かりづらいですが、そのせいかとても静かで良いホテルでした。 ホテルとレジデンスがあり、レジデンスエリアはレセプションからかなり遠いです。そして途中階段があり、スーツケースを持って上がり下りは大変でした。 それでもまた次回も泊まりたいなと思います。お部屋にエアコンは付いているものの、冬場は使われていないのかリモコンが見当たりませんでした。 お部屋全体はちょっと寒かったです。

This place is absolutely amazing. I stay in a lot of hotels. The past 12 days, I have been in 6. I love this place. It is old. Classic. Historical. The room was huge. Old fashioned in style with updated bathroom. Everything was great. A lot of outlets. The TV was a little small but that didn’t matter. Super clean. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was the best I ever dealt with. The manager guy was so cool. He offered me a free drink when I got there, took me on a tour of the hotel (when requested) and helped me throughout my stay. The young lady at the counter was also exceptionally helpful at so many points. Now the hotel… I reserved it because it was conveniently located, had AC (important), and was affordable. The history behind this place is absolutely insane. I’m not a huge history buff but the story made me learn so much more about Czech history. It is crazy. Loved every part of this place. Thank you to the staff for making it an amazing stay. I was there on a 1-day break from a business tour. I just wish I could have stayed longer. If you are considering this hotel, stop looking at other places and book it. It is truly a hidden gem in Prague. It is also located across the police station and other police facilities so it could not be more safe. I am so happy I found this place!

Großes sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger zentraler Lage. Alles top bis auf das zu weiche Bett.

The front desk staff were exceptional! Helpful and knowledgeable and unfailingly pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring and felt very safe. We did not take advantage of the breakfast as it seemed more than we needed to eat for the price.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff were great. Friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable, large with a beautiful shower in a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was spectacular with an abundance of delicious food choices both hot and cold. They happily accommodated my lactose free milk request for my morning coffee. The hotel is perfectly situated to see the many attractions and is in easy walking distance to transport if needed. Overall Prague is a magical city and I look forward to visiting again.

Our one-week stay at Unitas Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to Lucy and Marek at the reception desk. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with professionalism and warmth. Marek, in particular, went above and beyond throughout our stay. His recommendations, help with arrangements, and consistently positive attitude made our time in Prague even more memorable. He is a true asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did. We highly recommend Unitas Hotel/Residence and hope to return in the future.

Clean room and close to tourist areas. Front desk staff all great. Shoutout to Mareck of the front desk. He’s the best. He made our stay more enjoyable. Very accommodating and always helpful.
