ジャグジーも温かく清潔でした。プールからの眺めも良くリラックスできるHotelです。夜も静かでぐっすり眠れました。カンクンへ来たらまた泊まりたいです。

Nice location, good staff

Run from this hotel, no AC working or WiFi in my room. I requested a maintenance check for 3 nights with no luck. Front desk staff very rude and disrespectful. Management was unable to provide a simple fan or mobile AC for any of the nights in the heat. Expedia transfer us to another location with the exemplar facilities Las Golondrinas hotel. Be careful if you booked this residential hotel.

El departamento estaba súper limpio con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. A una cuadra de la playa y a dos cuadras de la avenida principal para salir a cenar. Gran zona, volvería a quedarme. Estacionamiento gratuito y privado

El hotel en si está muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, no le doy las 5 estrellas por qué el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y se informo a recepción, y eso es lo que falta, como que se comuniquen más entre ellos por qué el primero fue y la reinicio, al siguiente día siguió igual y fue otro e hizo los mismo y así el tercero y asta entonces nos cambiaron de condominio y el otro super bien, si no hubiera sido por eso a y por el wifi que falla un poco , hubiera estado perfecto, por qué el área del roof está hermoso, las piscinas están muy bien, y solo un detalle más , como que deberían cambiar de toallas , si están un poco viejitas , pero por el precio me parece excelente, y el personal es amable.

Excelente ubicación y muy limpio

Siempre me hospedó en este hotel, el área del roof es lo mejor, tiene una vista muy buena de todo Playa, habitaciones muy limpias el recamarero Joaquín muy amable y quiero destacar la atención por parte de todo el personal de recepción.. Antonio, muy eficiente y profesional en su trabajo, muy buena estadía, solo les hace falta poner música como antes en el roof las bocinas que dan para la alberca no funcionan desde hace tiempo.

All perfect

The building advertised laundry but the laundry machines and dryers were in operable for months. The internet was sporadic at best. There was a leak in the ceiling dripping down into the bathroom. The floor was flooded, ceiling paint falling down and outlets were getting wet. No response from management or owner to do anything about it. I had a 2 br suite, not worth it at all. One pot, one pan and the kitchen was a disaster.

Easy check in. Had a cute balcony. Spacious suite. The rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. 3 pools with a view. Walking distance from 5th. Antonio was a great host and communicated issues with their internet issues. Unfortunately I had no connection while I was there. Antonio was friendly and shared a few vouchers to compensate. Small gestures go a long way. Would definitely recommend.

This room was not what was in the photos and only had 1 exit .aking it a fire hasard to stay there. The gost undestood and cancelled the reservation. I had to move back into the palm hotel. Please make sure i am not charged for this.

Logement spacieux super.et la vue sur la mer incroyable.

Todo estuvo bien, solo un par de cosas. La tele de la sala no transmitía televisión por cable, cada que intentaba ponerlo se trababa el canal y en seguida se ponía el noticiero de TV abierta siempre. La tele de la habitación principal no prendía y no prendían las luces de la habitación. De ahí en fuera todo bien, solo use la habitación para dormir y bañarse

Location, view, parking. ..todo bien.
