チェックインの場所が他にある事がわからなかったのと、その場所自体も住所しか表示されておらず、Googleマップで行ったら別の場所が案内されました。施設内は快適だったので、案内を分かりやすくしていただきたいです。

エレーベータ上がってすぐのプライベート空間。とてもお洒落でした。 キッチンはあまり活用できなかったけど、長期滞在には最高です。 タオルの替えがあったら尚良しかも。 お洒落なお店が近くにあるし、スーパーあるよ。

We had an incredible stay at Kozue in Niseko! The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. They even helped secure dinner reservations, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
