The Shower water did not get hot . I booked a balcony room and did not receive one . I asked for late check out was told I had a late check out til 12pm. House keeping called and mentioned there is no late check out on weekends .

There was no available parking either night on the hotel lot.

Hotel bonito e confortável. Poderia ter sido uma ótima estadia se não tivesse tido uma festa no rooftop com música muito alta e muita gritaria. Impossível dormir. As paredes chegavam a estremecer. Absurda falta de respeito com o hóspede querendo descansar.

Great place mexican restaurant right next door was excellent food.

The hotel was decent enough - but the pool closes at 6, and the hotel isn’t very kid friendly. Both mornings we were there, there was no hot water for showering. Had to let the water run for 15 minutes each time to get lukewarm water, so I hope you like waking up extra early!! Staff was very friendly.

We had no hot water. The lobby had some construction going on the valet. Staff was kind of rude.

I found a bed bug in my room. This was really upsetting and not what I expected from a hotel. I'm also worried about possibly bringing bugs home with me.

I was there for a night , is close to the parks. Rooms clean and comfy enough, parking lot is small, but they have more in other buildings, which is good but also a bit confusing. The pool is really pretty and with a good view.

It had everything we needed for our last minute one night stay. Comfortable bed, clean room. However the foyer and elevators had a very strong smell from the Indian restaurant, it made it uncomfortable to spend any time in the foyer.

This property is top tier! When you walked out our room the roof top pool was right there. The rooms are very spacious and clean. You don’t have to leave to enjoy the nightlife. Every night it’s a rooftop party. What I wasn’t informed about is the parking on the weekend. It’s first come first serve and afterwards you have to park in other lots. I did not appreciate that. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall the property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Only issue we encountered was the hot water in the shower was finicky. It took a while to heat up and didn’t stay hot very long anytime we showered. Other than that we had a great stay.
