連泊しましたが、部屋のクリーニングは１回もなかったです。小さいベランダに出るドアの鍵はしっかりとかからず、外からの侵入が簡単にできます。何もなかったから良かったですが、不安でした。

オーナーさんや、スタッフさんがとても親切。娘と同い年のお子さんがいて、仲良くしてくれました。娘の友達になってくれて、一緒に遊んでくれたり、旅の特別な思い出ができました。

Very convenient location and friendly staff. On a busy main road so there was constant traffic noise all through the night.

Great place to stay to go into twickenham. Parking a bit of an issue but once found car was safe overnight. Lovely helpful staff which was a breath of fresh air. Arrived early but allowed to dump bags and moved into the room before we got back. Only thing I’d say it was a very warm night which isn’t the properties fault but if there’s 3 beds there could do with three fans as it was boiling … this only said as a constructive criticism as it was clean tidy and staff brill.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived little early and they help us to check in.It great experience with them. Nitish ,Ajmal and Ahmed are very helpful to guide for exploring city.Visiting first time and its great experience with them. Highly recommended 👌

Good sized room, clean and tidy.

This isn’t really a hotel, it’s a large family home with the individual rooms being rented out. It is functional and not much more.

The parking lot was littered. The room was nice but not fancy. Very comfortable. Pease clean up the front outside.

It was SO RUN DOWN!! It was awful. I checked in no one was there finally went up to a room with broken window so the already loud planes were even louder…Heathrow airport planes were so close I could see the letters of AA….it was like a welfare rooming hostel. We left within a couple of hours didn’t even stay. What a waste of money. DO NOT go there.

The place isn’t amazing, but considering that the room has an en-suite and only 8 minutes drive from T4, I am not unhappy with what I paid. The bathroom was clean, but it is obvious that the cleaners did a rush job because both bins were not emptied.

The front desk night attendant was literally asleep on the couch. And didn’t even get up when I wanted to check out.

This is a stop-over hotel for those flying early or arriving late into Heathrow. It's cheap and clean, and the staff were helpful. But it's not somewhere you'd stop for any other reason. There's not much in the environs and none of it is salubrious. But for a layover on the way in our out, it fits the bill.
