良かったのはロケーション。 写真で紹介されているような緑とネイビーのチェックのベッドスプレッドではなく真っ白い味気ないもので残念だった。 小学生の団体が同じ階に泊まっていて非常にうるさかった。部屋には固定電話があり、夜中の1時半と4時に電話が鳴ったため朝フロントに伝えたところ学生が多く泊まっているから仕方ないと言われ謝罪も誰が電話かけたのかも確認しようともしなかった。 フロントには英語が通じない男性がいる。

A terrible experience. Let's start by saying that the hotel was supposed to have multilingual staff, so they also understood Italian, but no one spoke Italian. We arrived, they gave us the room, and found a bathtub, something we hadn't seen in years, so a bathtub that is dangerous. Go ask for a room change and they tell me either you keep this room with the double bed or the room with the shower, as you prefer, but with separate beds. I explain that we are a married couple who got married last week and therefore we are on our honeymoon, so we are sticking with it. Unfortunately, the first room has no showers and no bathtub with a hand shower. With a police patch and terrible dirty tiles on the floor, dirty, all dirty. Phone sockets for chargers and gone, non-existent bedside tables. I understand it was a religious institution. But modernize the rooms, do some work, make them accessible by 2025. So to charge phones, one outside the bathroom and the other inside the bathroom instead of the hairdryer, then, um, breakfast, breakfast included, terrible, terrible, little choice, a bottle of hot water. There's a parking area. Can walk to Basilica within 6 mins. Walkable to souvenir shops. Staff are great!

The history and well kept facility

Excellent breakfast with many choices from bread, croissants, ham, cheese, to cereal and fresh fruits. All kinds of coffees and juice . Nice stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Local excelente, muito limpo e atendimento cortês. Porém pecam em Coisas básicas, sem sabonete e papel higiênico no banheiro e a ducha estava quebrada.

Excelente experiencia, muy cerca del santuario

El hotel estaba bajo de personal y tardaron dos horas en darnos la habitación ya que la estaban limpiando. Las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias, probablemente por las prisas en la limpieza. Las caladas eran cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. El ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que utilizar el del servicio. Tiene dentro una capilla bastante interesante.

La ubicación es muy buena pero es un hotel muy antiguo que necesita muchas reformas y para colmo teníamos hormigas dentro de la habitación. Tendrían que mejorarlo para volver otra vez.

Close to Fatima shrine grounds (600m). Bed was good, room clean but bath/shower was dated and very narrow with weak water pressure. Nearby dining options were poor although included breakfast in hotel was reasonably tasty (good espresso maker) although very basic.

Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Cama confortável. Hotel silencioso, muito bom pra descansar.

Close to Fatima sanctuary and stations of the cross walk

I booked For 3 nights last June 21, to june 24, 2025. And I had a good experienced. I can recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for all the staffs.

Some of the staff at reception were amazing. Breakfast on most of the days was very poor and unless you asked, the staff did not replenish the foods and drinks missing.
