Nice and clean

Ich war sehr gerne in dieser Unterkunft. Bequemes Bett, sauber, viel Platz um auszupacken, reichlich Toilettenartikel und Handtücher. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist ein relativ ruhiges Haus (hängt von den Zimmernachbarn ab) , ein bisschen abgelegen von der Innenstadt (aber auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen) , nahe des Bahnhofs. Gerne wieder !

Decent in price, clean, safe, basic modern student dorm accommodation.

The place was filthy. They give you one thin towel. I asked for a fan twice and both broken. For $200, this is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot remember the last time I had such an awful experience. $200 you think you could at least offer a shower towel. You cannot charge prices like that for experiences like that. AWFUL!

Good standard for price, room was a bit dusty but otherwise clean. Great location

Would definitely be in my top two as far as places to stay.

Close to Phoenix Park, comfortable rooms, can be quite warm so remember to ask for a fan at reception

The room is ok, cleanliness could be better in communal areas. There is a kitchen in each apartment as advertised but your not allowed to use it, an email was sent out to tell people not to use the kitchens as they don’t advertise them although they do.

This property was excellent to stay at. The rooms were clean with plenty of space to sit your stuff down on and even unpack if you were there for a few days. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were very flat, so this could be improved on. The area felt extremely safe and even had multiple scans to go from building to building. It was within a 5 minute walk to two of the hop on and hop off bus tours pickup and closely located to pubs and a small convenience store to get food and drinks. It was also a 8 minute walk from the Dublin Express that gets you to and from the airport.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff was helpful and property was safe. Good amities but no television in room.

This is great for an affordable few nights in Dublin. The accommodation is a block of student flats which are rented out when students aren't there; as such it's very well kept and secure. It's impossible to get into any part of the complex without a keycard, which is a really nice reassuring touch. The bedrooms and communal areas are all clean and well maintained, and everyone was friendly. Location wise you are a little out of the city centre here, but the area is quiet and it's very easy to get around by bus, tram or train - the nearest bus & tram stop is a 5-10 minute walk and the train station is only a few minutes further. There are local pubs, cafes and restaurants a street or two away and everything else is easily accessible via public transport. It's important to know that this will be a no-frills experience - the rooms are small with no TV or kettle; there's no option for breakfast; and rather than staff, the people on the reception desk are largely students. They were all lovely but obviously inexperienced. There are no 'extras' - we asked for extra pillows and towels on day one and didn't get any by the time we left. Also information is hard to come by - we were given no guidance on check-out time or any procedures at any point.When we stayed the property had recently been taken over by a new management company, which could explain a little of the disjointedness. I would definitely stay here again, overall it was positive - and now I know what to expect!

I can not recommend this property. The room was extremely warm at all times and the toilet seat and sink stopper were both broken. I informed reception, but they did nothing to solve the issues.

Vi bodde där 4 nätter rent o snyggt men inga bekvämligheter. Inga xtra kuddar. Inga bestick eller porslin. Städ o bäddn efter 8 dagar sa dom. En liten flaska duschcreme och en liten champo för 2 pers. Ingen handtvål. Ingen tv på rummen som var väldigt trånga. Smal säng för 2 pers.Långt från centrum.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The room was very hot at all times (25C ), the toilet seat and the sink stopper were both broken.

Reception was terribly unfriendly,would not call even a taxi.not friendly but Rude.not even a glass I. The room

The location was great and the staff very friendly. The room was tiny and very hot unable to control temperature. There was a communal kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee but no cups or spoons or coffee but the station is nearby with lovely cafes. It is student accommodation and was handy for us for a few days.
