４日目にして不審者と間違われ　セキュリティを呼ばれたのが、残念

清潔感があって良いホテルだとおもいますが、冷蔵庫が冷えない。 あとは騒音問題。 お昼から23時までビーチクラブの音がすごい響き渡ります。ゆっくり過ごしたい人には不向き。パーティピープルにはおすすめです。

素晴らしい滞在時間でした。 部屋は清潔で、1階でしたので、プールサイドに出るのに、便利だった。 また、スタッフはとても親切でした。 また宿泊しに行きます。

Hotel was of a very good standard, nice rooms in a good location, super staff. Only thing that let it down and it was probably our mistake is not realising that the Beach Club can be heard in all the rooms during its opening hours. Which if you want an early night a bit of an issue.

Nice hotel, but the hotel has a Beach Club where they arrange parties 4-5 nights per week. Extremely high RAV music which lasted until 2 pm at night. We measured noice level at 135 decibel at the veranda. Not possible to have a conversation on the veranda. There is no info on the extreme load music on the hotels website. We would never have booked at this hotel if we had known about the noice.

I was very disappointed with the management and the reconstruction works at the hotel, although the staff themselves were very good and professional. Significant construction work was taking place during our stay, including welding, external wall construction, grinding, and tiling (cutting bricks and tiles). This work was occurring within metres of the reception area, where staff were visibly covering their faces due to welding fumes and construction dust. The noise from the construction was constant, starting early in the morning and continuing until late in the evening (around 9:00 pm). The construction had already begun prior to our arrival and was still ongoing after our departure. However, these works were not disclosed to us at any point prior to making our booking. Conversations with staff confirmed that management was aware of customer dissatisfaction, yet little to no compensation was offered. The only compensation provided was a $25 transfer out of the hotel, which was wholly inadequate given the circumstances. There was a reasonable expectation that more appropriate compensation should have been offered, but management failed to meet basic customer service standards. As a result of this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Dit is hoe je wilt verblijven: een bijzonder net en verzorgd hotel met behulpzame en bijzonder vriendelijke crew, goed ontbijt en de zee op een paar meter afstand lopen, letterlijk. Goede kamers ook, modern, schoon en netjes. Alles bij de hand. Niks te klagen: aanrader!

The vibes of the hotel and room were modern and colourful. Very friendly staff too. Deco in the room was colourful, though there wasn't a bathtub. Hotel was right by the beach, but slightly away from the main stretch of Chaweng beach, which makes it quiet but walkable. Definitely be back the next time I'm in Samui.

The staff were really nice. Justina was our favourite employee! Very friendly and helpful. So much patience too across all staff. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We experienced a terrible service. The service provided by the entire hotel staff was poor and antisemitic.

Great property, fronted onto beach by Seen Beach Club. Lots of beach club music say 12pm to 8pm, only one bigger night (Saturday) where it goes later. Only problem we had with AVANI wAA inconsistent approaches from staff (from amazing, welcoming and helpful to plain rulesy and unhelpful). A couple of nights spoilt by ugly behaviour from other customers - shouting across balconies late at night, and banging repeatedly on doors to try and access their associates' rooms.

The hotel is too small. I dont like the voncept beach club.
