Friendly staff, great breakfast, perfect location

Pent hotell og hyggelig betjening. Litt mye gatestøy for de som lar seg merke av det.

I had booked 6 rooms for a group. I was very very sure I had booked breakfast, but upon arrival told breakfast not included. The reception staff were not helpful and just said you must pay for it. Clearly something had gone wrong and its when things go wrong, thats when customer service needs to shine to put things right, but in this case, no service. Breakfast was very limited. they had toasting bread but no toaster. Sausages but no mustard. juices were just watered down.

This property is conveniently located near the bus terminal (5 minute walk) and is also a short walk to the historic center. It's a clean, basic property, good value, and with a good breakfast that had enough options to suit me. I thought the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they let me store my luggage for several hours after I checked out so that I could explore the beautiful town of Maribor more before catching the bus to Ljubljana.

Parking is off premise but staff is helpful in directing you where to go, Staff is very friendly. Room is average in size but clean.

Nice little well-kept place within walkable distance to everything. Staff was extremely hospitable & stay was pleasant.

Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in. Parkplätze im Parkhaus sind echt schmal.

Parking was full, we used city parking that was very expensive.

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war leider bei uns unterdurchschnittlich. Die Lage war gut und zentral, unsere Zimmer hatte nur leider keine schöne Sicht. WLAN funktionierte 1.5 Tage nicht.

Wir übernachten gerne in fiesm Hotel bei unserer Durchreise. Sehr freundlich, Frühstück für jeden etwas, sehr zahlreich. Zimmer sauber. Immer wieder gerne.

Pratique et en plein centre ville. Parking à proximité avec un prix négocié avec l’hôtel

L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre de Maribor, il y a plusieurs parking à proximité dont un juste en face de l’hôtel. Chambre assez spacieuse et très propre. Personnel sympathique.

Nicely located, close to the beautiful riverside. Nice reminders of energy and watersaving in the room. Spacious and clean. Heard bad about the breakfast so didnt have it, but when we past by, it looked really ok.

perfect stay

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da und alles war in Ordnung. Das Bett ist zwar ein wenig schmal, aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker!
