Equipe muito prestativa, quarto limpo e café da manhã muito bom. O banheiro tinha cheiro forte de esgoto que se espalhava pelo quarto, não tinha tapete próximo a cama e travesseiros e colchão ruins, não tem secador no quarto e não tem espelho na parede e nem apoio para as malas que ficam no chão. A natureza ao redor é maravilhosa

Escolhi passar o dia do meu aniversário no hotel e tinha visto imagens maravilhosas do quarto com banheira e quando cheguei me colocaram no quarto sem a banheira que paguei mais caro e ainda sem avisar ! Achei muita falta de consideração e uma surpresa muito negativa , além do que não me reembolsaram ainda ! Outro fato é que meu quarto mal saia água do chuveiro! Lá faz muito frio e o banho é muito desagradável não ser um chuveiro maravilhoso! O hotel é muito caro para ter muitas questões ! Meus amigos que conseguiram ficar no quarto com banheira nem conseguiram usar pois não esquentava a água e não dava para encher !

This is a hidden gem. The staff could not have been more warm and welcoming. They treated us like family. Dinners were top notch and so much fun interacting with the chef and staff. The team helped us plan a day trip to Cordon de Plata. They even filled our water bottles for the road. The setting was majestic. The drive in was in more gravel road than expected, but totally doable and worth the ride. Hope to come back some day.

The stand out for this hotel is absolutely the location and view. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel does rely on the view for the experience, the breakfast is decent but nothing special and the amenities in the room are lacking ie there’s a kettle but no tea, there’s a full kitchen but nothing in the kitchen, no slippers, having to call reception for a hairdryer which I assume would be a given for a hotel room. Also unfortunately due to the cold nights, the room can be well heated from the fire and heater but the bathroom only has a tiny radiator which makes it very cold in the mornings.

Beautiful Property with Mountain View’s. It’s like a hidden gem. Great place to stay.

Outstanding service everywhere. Evening meals with different chefs provided excellent quality. All of the serving staff were amazing. They even prepared an early breakfast for us as our flight was early in the morning

Un hotel para influencers . Lodge con poco mantenimiento. Staff poco preparado y un servicio que deja mucho que desear. El lugar es muy lindo con vistas preciosas, pero necesitan personal y calidad de servicio. La cena con chef fue espectacular!!

In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes are incredible. We would love to go back to Cielo on our next trip. Thank you Cielo team - your kindness was greatly appreciated

This hotel is an escape into the Andes mountains. Absolutely beautiful lodging and property. The customer service is friendly and comprehensive. The dinner was one of the best I had on my trip to Argentina and the breakfast was also excellent. Although it is a bit of a hike to get to. It’s so worth it.

O lugar é lindo, porém chegando lá, não tem almoço no hotel de segunda-feira, obrigando a sair para almoçar, pegamos quarto com banheira, mas devido ao frio não era possível utilizar a banheira pois o aquecedor solar não suportava encher.

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa, a equipe presta um atendimento excelente, porém o hotel tem alguns pontos de melhoria, como por exemplo, ter uma tv no quarto, o frigobar não fica abastecido o que pra um local totalmente isolado faz falta, um serviço de quarto também seria adequado. Senti falta também de atividades.
