central location clean and functional

Boede der i forbindelse med Europa Conference League finalen. Værelset var dejligt og rent og morgenmaden var super god. Derudover ligger hotellet dejligt centralt. Her kunne jeg sagtens bo igen, hvis jeg kommer til Wroclaw igen

We were in Wroclaw for a football match. The hotel is situated in the perfect place - right in centre and handy for everything. Bats and restaurants in abundance. Check-in was very efficient and with a welcoming smile. Very friendly staff. The room was recently refurbished, at a guess, and bed very comfy. Bottled water and coffee supplied. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, in lobby bar. It was fine. Check out was just as efficient. Recommended.

Great central location

Hotel staff stole earrings i left in room. Expedia said they would contact back in an hour, they told us after we made two calls and two emails they didnt find the earrings. Very disappointed. Staff was unprofessional in how they handled this. Earrings were very sentimental and were left on nightstand. Protect your stuff, dont stay here.

Hyvä hotelli mutta katumelu oli häiritsevä. Turhia meluisia kiihdytyksiä kapeilla kaduilla. Poliisin pitäisi puuttua.

We loved that it was so close to the beautiful town square and our pick-up point for a tour. The room itself was beautiful and the staff are all friendly.

Couldn't fault the hotel, spotless great location 2 minutes from main square with plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were helpful especially one member of staff ( sorry can't remember her name) would stay here again.

Close to the Rynek. Great location.

Yövyimme neljä yötä tässä hotellissa. Huone oli erittäin tilava ja todella siisti. Minibaari ei ollut toiminnassa. Kylpyhuone oli tilava ja pyyhkeet uuden karheita. Olisimme kaivanneet tossuja ja kylpytakkeja, jotka puuttuivat. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, mikä vaimensi ääniä, myös käytävällä oli matto. Hotelli oli erittäin rauhallinen, vain kadulta tuleva melu ylsi ajoittain 3. kerrokseen asti. Söimme aamiaista vain kerran oleskelun aikana ja totesimme sen olevan aivan liian hintava siihen nähden, mitä oli tarjolla. Hedelmät puuttuivat esim. kokonaan, vain muutamia appelsiinin viipaleita oli tarjolla. Odottaisi enemmän neljän tähden hotellilta! Vastaanottovirkailijat olivat superystävällisiä!
