Loves this penthouse very much! Very clean and nice place with full kitchenette supplies! Only minus point thing is the hot tub, the water is filled up with hot water ready when the time we checked in, but the tub water inside is very dirty. We manage to cleared the water in it but couldn't fill up the water inside cause the taps not working. After trying to figure out the taps from the customer service person, reason is its frozened, must use hot water to defrost it. As it was the last day staying there, we didn't have much time for all these hassle to enjoy the tub in the snow. The rest of it, everything was good! Hope our next return, the hot tub will be clean. 😅.
