朝食もおいしかったですし、とてもいいホテルではありましたが、受付の対応が、笑顔もなく、イマイチでした。また、部屋はとてもきれいでしたが、少々使い勝手が悪い感じがしました。

Lime Street駅のビル内で非常に便利。エントランスは階段で重い荷物は男性客に助けてもらったけど、帰りはホテルスタッフが駅に直接行けるドアを開けてくれた。 部屋はベッドが大半を占めていたのでスペースがほとんどなく、狭く感じた。冷蔵庫があり、ミネラルウォーターも用意されていのはありがたかった。排水やシャワーの圧は問題なし。ただ、空調の設定が自由に出来なくて寒かった。備え付けのティシューがなくなったのだが、ハウスキーピング後補充されることなくティシューケースごと取り除かれていたのは残念だった。

駅から近くオシャレな室内で良かったです。 シャワーしか無いのですが、仕切りが半分しかなくトイレ前の床が濡れてしまうのが難点でした。 歯ブラシも無くて困りました。

There are various restaurants and good access to the bus stop for anfield.

Since I was a young g boy, I wanted to see what this building was like inside, and it didn’t disappoint, Radisson have done an amazing job. We got a free upgrade through Hotels.com to a suite, which was lovely. The entrance is just amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s the only place I want to stay when I come back.

Highly recommend and the direct entrance to the station is very convenient.

The hotel is extremely conveniently situated next to Lime Street Station. My room was quite small and dark with red highlights. It was like being in a photographic dark room. It was dark and difficult to see even with the lights on. There wasn't much cupboard space in the room and in the end I only partially unpacked. There was an in-room safe. There was no fridge or mini bar but there was an empty cabinet that looked as though it housed one. I was there for work. The Wi-Fi was good. While the the room was cramped, it was possible to work effectively. However, I did take my laptop down into the public areas as it was more pleasant to work there. Over the next few days, the hotel grew on me. The staff were really nice and helpful. Everything worked. The gym was available any time. Breakfast was fine. The shower was good. The room was silent and the bed was comfortable so I had a good night's sleep each night.

Nice clean room with a comfy bed. The pillows were thin and quite flat though. I was meant to get a 20% discount off food and drinks in the restaurant but this wasn’t honoured. Had a delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. There was quite a bit of noise due to the road, trains and underground but that’s to be expected with the location. The floors were very creaky so any time anyone walks around the room it makes noise

Great location. Shops, pubs and train station were all very close by. Rooms were spacious with nice amenities. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. Overall a good experience.

The room was lovely and clean, there was somewhere to hang our clothes but there were no drawers. This hotel is very close to the station but we didn’t hear any trains, and is very well situated to all the attractions and places to visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and well presented hotel.

Overall it was a fantastic two night stay, the staff were excellent, the hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance to everything. The one slight downside was the breakfast situation on the last day, the hotel hosted a wedding party and going down for breakfast at approximately 9ish there wasn’t a table to be had, it felt quite uncomfortable hovering around in the small seating area watching and waiting for a table to become free. However the breakfast offering was worth the wait and the selection of food was very good.

Everything was clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful with whatever we needed.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish.
