エレベーターもあるし、キッチンもあるしロケーションもいいし、節約派の私には最高のホステルでした。

Bristol temple meads駅からは徒歩15分程かかるが、駅から市内中心に行きのバスを利用するとすぐだった。 部屋は綺麗で静かだった。室内でWIFIが使えたら嬉しい。 全体的に満足なホステルだが、エレベーターが故障中だったので荷物の上げ下ろしがちょっと大変だった。

Good room

Very helpful reception staff. There is a good bar / cafe area in the property. The room was clean and a good size. No towels were provided in the room, but this is not unexpected as it is a hostel.

Ataff are super helpful. Overall clean and tidy. Some issues with the noise as guests share one corridor and some of them were not mindful about the potential disturbance caused during late hours.

Clean and functional hostel accommodation with excellent harbour side location and stylish communal areas that serve a good cuppa. We didn’t eat there but saw others enjoying toasties etc. We would stay again. Be aware parking is at additional cost in this central area.

5th floor rooms were excellent; 4th floor showers were dreadful. There were way too many spots around the hostel that needed a key card, and they didn't give multiple cards for a multi-person room.

Passing through Bristol only briefly, no need for any catering other than hot chocolate and cold water. At 79, am a seasoned hosteller

There were some issues on check in but they got sorted quickly and easily. The staff were really friendly and helpful

Only downside is toilet not working in the room.

The hostel is in a great setting and we had a great time from check-in the staff were great and very friendly .The bar area is relaxed with lovely local beers and even had a local band playing their own tunes it was fantastic.The food too was great with deals too . A great easy experience overall.

Service was slow at check in, often answering the phone whilst dealing with customers in person. Poor selection of breakfast options- both cooked and continental.

Unfortunately we had a room on the main road side, which was very hot and very noisy due to the single glazed windows, the fan provided was like a jet engine so too noisy to sleep with it on, the shower was hot and powerful and the beds were comfortable.
