The apartment is very well located with plenty of options within walking distance for food, froceries, coffee, etc.

We had an amazing experience. Our his was phenomenal with everything we asked for. She got us transportation to and from the airport, as well as all the tourist areas.

Safe and super clean. Wonderful place to stay.

nice property right in the middle of Condesa, everything works, very cleaned and well furnished. It's not a hotel, but a well serviced building. Housekeeping I think included is only once per week(?) you can pay for it on any day though.

Almost everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay overall. The apartment was clean and conveniently located. The only real issue that I had was with the a/c in the bedroom. It really dried out the air and, unfortunately, there was no humidifier to help off set it. Also, if you're from the U.S. the coldest setting is a lot warmer than I'm used to.

The process was very easy to get in. Wendy was extremely helpful with dealing with any issue we had - which only was a small one. It was great to be able to get a late check out. Also they hold the luggage for you since we had a late flight I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

El tamaño del departamento era muy amplio, las instalaciones bastante completas y limpias. Las cortesías en baños como shampoo, etc muy completo. Si recomendaría agregar secadora de cabello. Y todo estuvo excelente, seguro regresamos.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It’s well located. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hot water lasts about 3 mins max, I couldn’t even wash my hair- we had to be out of the showers within 3 mins.

The room and location were great. The door is a bit hard to find and could use some signage. The security guard was very helpful. Our patio door lock would unfortunately not lock but the area felt very safe overall and it didn’t concern us. Would stay again.

Great location and very clean. Kitchen had everything for basic cooking.

The location was wonderful and the apartment very nice. The only problem was the plumbing. One night we had no water as a leak forced our water to be shut off. Two days later there was a leak in our sink. Both were fixed but the plumbing needs to be improved.

The space, staff and location

Las instalaciones muy bien a pesar de no contar con elevador que para nosotros que éramos muchos subir y bajar las maletas. Pero aún así el personal nos asistió en todo momento fueron muy serviciales. El apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Si algo tuviera que decir es que derepente la limpieza podría ser mejor había algo de polvo y basura de huéspedes anteriores. Pero después de eso todo súper bien muy céntrico, me gustó que cerca estaba el super y el parque y varios restaurantes. Nos dieron tranquilidad y seguridad al salir y al regresar.

Great location. Spacious layout. Needs some routine maintenance as it ages. Hire regular cleaning (an extra) to ensure you have towels, etc. Also, note we were up 3 flights of stairs. For very elderly people like I traveled with, you should know in advance. The kitchen was great!! And we started each day with a cooked meal. There is construction next door, so lots of noise (and music!!) during daytime hours, but we were touring, so not a big deal. The staff were great! Courteous, helpful.. the manager speaks good English (if you need it). This is in an IDEAL location. If you're healthy and 3 flights are no issue, I'd recommend this location.
