Clean, friendly and good service

The room was very clean and pleasant. And the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! I slept like a rock! You get good quality for your budget here, and I recommend it!

Location was great for us and the price was too. There was a very good refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay.

Good for an overnight stay. Lynn was very helpful mishap we experienced, was corrected entrance key pad is sensitive

This is an old motel from the 60s. It’s cleaner than expected but I’m not sure about the carpet. It wasn’t terribly frightening but the walls are paper thin. It’s worth staying 30 miles away from Tuscaloosa when you can’t afford a 900$ room.

Had to constantly call this personal cell phone to check in or get anything done to check in. Was treated like we were in an inconvenience. Room smelled of smoke due to the joining room. We had a change in plans and they wouldn't accommodate was told there was no way they would refund the last night considering it was way before the checkout of the first day. Over all rude service outside of the lady that gave us towels.

Had to call to get checked in when the lady who finally came to help me was in the parking lot smoking Marijuana. Then was rude when her boss got off the phone with her. Heard her screaming and complaining to other guests after 10 pm

The property is clean and very well maintained. It is recently renovated but still amazing

When we pulled up to the hotel, I was not too optimistic. It is an older building that shows it's age. Everything turned out better than expected, however. The room was updated, AC unit looked new, and everything was in good working order. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were not many other guests and our room was very quiet overnight. Considering the bargain price for the room, I think our stay was better than I hoped.

Didn’t like being in a room with a jacuzzi. Water cups would be nice. Otherwise it was ok.

We got there later than expected and it does state that the latest you can check in is 10 o’clock but when I got there the sign did say open I went into the little lobby. I rang the bell three times, knocked on the door and knocked on the window. The TV was on. Nobody answered, I called the phone number on the window no answer. I called the phone number on their website no answer. Finally a guy came out from a room and he helped me. He was very nice. The room did have a smell that did not go away for the three days we were there, the ceiling has some water spots, there was spiderwebs on the windows and lights inside. The bathtub had a green ring around the tub. Shower pressure was awesome but the shower head was very low the bed was comfortable sheets and towels were clean. The cleaning lady came and offered new towels and more toilet paper the second day we were there. You do have to ask for an iron. The lady I spoke with, was very nice. Everybody was very pleasant.

Need renovations

It was very dirty. We had to wait an hour after the check in time to actually check in because staff had not even started cleaning our room. When she did start cleaning the room a gentleman smoking a black & mild cigar walks into our room and I guess just helped her clean. Just a weird experience overall.
