Leak at the floor just outside the shower room was terrible that could be fixed immediately by maintenance.

ドミトリーの寝室はかなり狭い。寝るだけと考えれば、まあまあ。同室の人のマナーが悪いのは、しょうがないか。

Nice place well located. Recommended for sure

Room was clean, check in was easy, hostel is very small room got a bit smelly with little airflow. Some loud sounds when people showering. Breakfast was minimal but decent. I like walking and greenspace and found the location to be good. A good stay.

El menú muy bueno. Habitación y cama cómoda. Limpio y espacioso. Lo uno desagradable fue que las chicas que compartían la habitación no tenían la cortesía de mantener el baño limpio dejaban todo lleno de agua. El personal atento acudía al rescate y lo limpiaban. La cocina súper equipada.

Buen lugar

Las habitaciones en sí son cómodas, eso me encantó mucho, pero de ahí, la lavandería no funciona. El desayuno, si bien es algo decente, no es la gran cosa. No hay actividades ni nada para crear ambiente o comunidad como los hostales a los que suelo ir siendo mochilero. Solo hay dos áreas comunes: la recepción con sillas que funcionan para comer, trabajar o pasar el rato, y la media cocina, "pues solo hay una freidora de aire". Es un hostal, sí, pues es lo de dormir en habitaciones compartidas, aunque diría que es más un B&B. Pero no es un hostal de lo que podríamos esperar las personas que solemos viajar seguido por aventura, fiesta etc. Se ve que su público objetivo es otro. Afortunadamente, logré coincidir con algunos otros jóvenes que teníamos las mismas vibras, pero de ahí, pues sería un 6/10.

Internet muito boa, café da manhã bom também. Porém o lugar em si, não gostei. Realizei o check in tarde e mesmo assim o ambiente não estava limpo, apenas a cama. Há vazamento na região do chuveiro, cheiro ruim por falta de limpeza adequada. O corredor estava muito molhado e sujo quando cheguei. O registro do chuveiro está quebrado. As portas estão estufadas por causa da água. Para deixar as malas pós check out deve pagar. Outros hóspedes também estavam tendo problemas em outros quartos. Não recomendo a hospedagem. Precisam de uma boa reforma.

It was safe and nice environment also very clean

Convenient location next to Principe Pio. Bathroom cleanliness was not great, not bad. Bed/room cleanliness was good.

Overall clean and modern hostel that’s a great value. Located in a very central location that’s close to the train station and walkable to the city. The rooms are slightly smaller but that’s to be expected given it’s a hostel. I’d stay again when visiting Madrid.

Maravillosa estadía. Viaje desde NYC a Madrid y fue lo mejor que me pasó.

Esta muy bien ubicada, cerca a la gran via, no tiene lavandería, ni estufa, no permiten consumir bebidas si no son las que venden hay, las habitaciones son bien estrechas y sin iluminación natural.

Quartos em boas condições, apenas os banheiros requeriam reparo, mas acredito ser pontual. O hostel é super bem localizado com funcionários gentis e agradáveis. Boa estrutura de cozinha e recepção, recomendo muito

Close to Metro( Principe Pio), clean and easy to find

Area is ok for a short stay, but I would choose elsewhere as a base to actually explore Madrid. However it is very convenient to the Principe Pio train station/metro, which is why I chose it. The entrance is a little odd - check in is downstairs at the bar & the self check in machines weren't working. I slept well here, not too noisy & the beds are comfortable. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired though- while the sheets looked ok, my curtain had what appeared to be blood stains & there was a peice of used chewing gum on the shelf. As other reviews mentioned, the shower leaking onto the floor is still an issue, but there's a mop to clean up. There is also nowhere private to change after showering unless you go back into the wet shower (I was in an all female dorm thankfully!). Overall I'd still stay there again if needed for my travels though.

O hostel fica bem localizado porém a cama e muito pequena e não permite esticar bracos e pernas. Reclaimei com funcionário que disse que ninguém havia reclamado.
