The air conditioning system only works till 2 am, I could not sleep because it’s was too hot.

Always a delight to stay here. We love the place. The view is spectacular and the staff, is superb! Geraldine at front desk is amazing

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four days, when flight was canceled and needed to extend my stay. I was told I was unable to stay. Very disappointed, other than that our stay was beautiful, the food was very pleasant and tasty. The staff very friendly and helpful. There’s not much to do once you’re there because it’s on top of the mountain, on a hill side.

Not worth the price — poor location and maintenance I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately can't recommend it. The location is very inconvenient, which made getting around difficult. The property itself is not well maintained — the room had a persistent bad smell that made it hard to relax. At night, you can hear crickets loudly from inside the room, which tells you how poor the insulation and upkeep are. For the price we paid, I expected much better quality. Honestly, I don't think this hotel is ready to host tourists in its current condition. I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made.

The break fast was excellent and the staff at the bar included servers were wonderful.

The room was very clean, and I especially liked the patio area. While some staff members were responsive, others behind the counter were not very helpful with requests. For example, when I asked for a taxi, one employee agreed to help while another flatly told me, "There are none." The hotel's location is another issue. It is situated up in the hills, and management provides no shuttle service or transportation to accommodate this. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, and dinner is available as well.

It’s a very nice/cozy spot with great views. But for the steep hills that is difficult to climb, especially on a rainy day, i would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers as a comfortable place to stay overnight for a few days. However, i’ve had a hard time driving up the hill during my stay there which in turn makes it hard for me to advise others to stay there.

1) staff: need to improve customers service at all 2) clean yes, but put very used towels in my room and everything inside the room out of date... They need to update bed n everything inside the room n bathroom. Or replace them at all 3) AC is only on for 2 hour by 4pm to 6m then off n will on again until 9 pm to 4am... Long days under heat was really terrible. If u don't want dealing with heat u need to stay away. 4) Breakfast it's okay 5) Bar, it's okay but there are flies around the table when eating it makes the sanitation doubtable. 6) Security is okay Transportation ok 7) The whole apartment needs mayor repair

I start at the beginning : I was in constant contact with the staff to send a car to pick us up at the airport . I gave them the time of our arrival. I travel with my wife . They made us wait one hour . The room was clean but there was only one towel and a tiny soap when we arrived . I had to ask 3 times to get another towel ( and no soap). The TV was not working ( they sent someone to fix it afterwards . The lighting is insufficient . No iron , no ironing board. There is no soap holder in the shower. And a piece of a towel at your feet when you come out of the shower. The staff is helpful but I got the feeling that they are lacking formation for the tasks . The breakfast is very limited . There was only lemon juice. The menu at the restaurant was also limited when we were there ( the server had to go ask at the kitchen if our choice was available ). There were cats roaming near us in search of food which is not a good sight. Our stay was too short to enjoy the pool. In conclusion I would not recommend this hotel which is below the standard that you expect for the price.

The hotel was disappointing overall. The food was not good, and most of the staff were not friendly or welcoming. The only people who provided excellent service were a young man at the front desk, the driver, and Sabine, one of the servers, who was very kind and attentive. Another major issue was cleanliness. After returning home, I found cockroaches in my belongings and had to leave everything outside to avoid bringing an infestation into my house. This was very frustrating and unacceptable. In addition, everything at the hotel was extremely expensive. Even a natural juice cost $5. To make matters worse, my cousin, who was staying in a different room, was asked to pay $15 for a stain on a towel. We felt that this charge was excessive and unnecessary. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.
