THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCED BOOKING IVE HAD MADE IN MY ENTIRE HOTEL EXPERIENCES.. I TRAVELED FROM NY TO THIS LOCATION ON A RAINING STORMING DAY TAKING US 3HRS TO GET THERE TIRED & HUNGRY. ONCE WE GOT THERE JUST THE SIGHT OF THE OUTSIDE HOTEL LOOKED LIKE A HAUNTED MOTEL, DARK AND JUST UGLY. OK, I TRIED OVERLOOKING THE OUTSIDE AND STAYING POSITIVE, AS SOON WE WERE WALKING INSIDE THE LOBBY MY SISTER SLIPPED AND FELL ON THEIR SLIPPERY WET FLOORS WITH(NO WET FLOORS SIGN) ON SITE, BRUISING HER ARM.. WE LET THEM KNOW AND THATS WHEN THEY PROCEEDED TO PLACE ONE. CHECKING IN THEIR COMPUTER WERE DOWN SO MANAGER DID EVERYTHING VIA PHONE, THEY HAD ME GIVING EXTRA PERSONAL IMFORMATION THAT I NEVER HAD BEFORE, OH BOY, THEY SHOWED US THE 2BD RM SUITE, FIRST THING I SEEN WAS RAT DROPPINGS IN THE KITCHEN COUNTER, NASTY. BATHROOM TUBS PEELING AND MOLD ALL OVER, LIVINGROOM SOFA WAS DIRTY AND DAMP. EVERYTHING IN THE SUITE FELT DIRTY. I TOOK PICTURES OF RAT DROPPINGS, THEY TRIED ACCOMMODATING US UPSTAIRS, LETTING US KNOW THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS NO AIR-CONDITIONER WAS WORKING ON THE SECOND FLOOR OMG. TERRIBLE LOBBY HALLWAYS WERE HOT, HUMID, DIRTY AND SMELLY. THE SUITE UPSTAIRS WERE UNBRETHEABLE. THEY SHOWED US ANOTHER ONE BACK DOWSTAIRS AND GUESS WHAT? MORE RAT DROPPINGS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP. THEY HAD TO REFUND ME, HAVING MY FAMILY AND I BOOK AT THE HOLIDAY INN AND SHORT OF MONEY WAITING ON MY REFUND 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. 3 DAYS LATER MY DEBIT CARD WAS FRAUDULENT USED. IT WAS THEM!
