チェックインの際フロント係は私のパスポートのページを指を舐めてめくろうとしてゾッとした。バスタブを希望して事前にバスタブのある部屋をお願いしますとメールするもバスタブはない。エアコンから水漏れし、対応に来たスタッフは終始ガムを噛みながらタオルを靴のまま足で蹴って床を拭いていた。部屋は汚いし、最悪。良かった点は水がサービスなことくらい。

We have stayed at this hotel mid April 2026. We initially booked a king suite. The check in was quick but when we got into the room we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned... We found hair strands in the sink and even a cigarette but on the floor... We complained and they moved us right away to a family suite room on the same floor. This room was clean and bigger than the room we booked. The breakfast is great, with everything that you may think of. The coffee station was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the Arab league park, Mohammed V Square and Sacre Coeur church. The street and neighbourhood though were a bit sketchy with a lot of beggars and quite a big of street garbage... But we never felt unsafe. One downside of the hotel was that there was a smell of food coming from the hallways into the too every morning. The water was turned of completely two times during our stay for several hours. The elevator was quite old and small so sometimes we needed to wait a bit to get it. All in all, I would say that One Hotel Casablanca is a decent hotel, good value for the money. I would say that they need to be more attentive with the way the rooms are cleaned.

Chambre parfaite

La chambre était bien, le lit très confortable mais le problème était la douche qui était très petite, douche parapluie seulement et le renvoie ne fonctionnait pas bien et l'eau se ramassait partout sur le plancher .

Good location. Excellent staff. The shower door on my room didn't close properly and the bathroom and room got flooded. They were able to dry it in no time

The room was beyond expectations! The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Beat options in the buffet breakfast!

que dire de plus que les précédents avis médiocres que je n’avais pas consulté avant de réserver malheureusement. J’ai cherché où se trouve les 5* mais je n’ai pas trouvé.

Hôtel il est pas propre les chambres, il y a droit odeurs

The staff was very nice, attentive, amazing people. The hotel is old, looks like it is going to fall apart any moment. We had an A/C leak all night. The area so, so.

the hotel location is in bed and dirty area we couldn’t sleep from the street fights it says in the website it’s 5 star hotel it’s not even 1 star plus the room was full of ants they were crawling on the bed don’t believe the picture of the hotel in the website i got scammed i don’t recommend it at all i didn’t enjoy my vacation and i was happy to leave
