総合評価とレビュー One hotel Casablanca

チェックインの際フロント係は私のパスポートのページを指を舐めてめくろうとしてゾッとした。バスタブを希望して事前にバスタブのある部屋をお願いしますとメールするもバスタブはない。エアコンから水漏れし、対応に来たスタッフは終始ガムを噛みながらタオルを靴のまま足で蹴って床を拭いていた。部屋は汚いし、最悪。良かった点は水がサービスなことくらい。

the hotel location is in bed and dirty area we couldn’t sleep from the street fights it says in the website it’s 5 star hotel it’s not even 1 star plus the room was full of ants they were crawling on the bed don’t believe the picture of the hotel in the website i got scammed i don’t recommend it at all i didn’t enjoy my vacation and i was happy to leave

Cold breakfast. The hotel room bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was already a towel on the floor. No shampoo or conditioner. Overall would not recommend.

Liked nothing - Buffet was terrible and stale and cold Room was Dirty with ants everywhere and on bed. Asked to change room And they said no because they were full. Shower leaked into the room

Hôtel réservé suite à une annulation, pas digne de ses 5 étoiles. Les serviettes tachées de maquillage, la moisissure dans la chambre, le petit dej très limité avec des serveurs qui parlent et rient très fort. Aucune option végétalienne. Pas de bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres et quand on en demande en déception, on nous envoie au magasin d'à côté. Le seul point positif du séjour c'est le service de Khaled, il est incroyablement gentil et donne des conseils et des astuces pour le séjour qui sont très precieux. Merci à lui d'avoir égayé le séjour. Pour le reste, c'est équivalent à un ibis européen, rien de fou. Pour le prix on va dire que ça passe.

Had to change rooms twice. Shower leaking water in both rooms all over. Never got my room with balcony that I paid for.

Worts place to stay , the area is unsafe and Dirty

We stayed two nights. Good stuff, very quick checking in and out. Little outdated bathroom, but everything is in working condition. Solid four stars.

Sale et beaucoup de bruit (pas isolé). Les chambres sont spacieuses avec balcon... Mais en terme de propriété c'est vraiment nul. Personnel sympa et serviable.

The good: The service was excellent. The staff all went above and beyond. Our balcony was really nice. Breakfast has a nice variety and yummy juice. The bad: There is hardly any parking. We rented a Fiat and were only able to get parking because our car is so small. There are only 3-4 parking spaces out front, otherwise you have to try to find street parking on the busy street. The hotel itself feels a little worn. The bed was harder than any mattress I've ever used. It felt like sleeping on the floor. There are no blankets provided, only one single flat sheet. We were cold. The shower leaked. The street noise at night was awful and made sleeping difficult.

BED BUGS!!! We checked into the room and first noticed there was garbage still on the floor so it wasnt properly cleaned. We went out for the day and asked them to clean the room. Came pack a few hours later and room was never cleaned and we lifted the sheets and there DOZENS of bed rugs laying around. They offered us a other room and when they took us up the room obviously hasnt been cleaned as all the trash cans were still full of the prvious guests trash. At that point we didnt feel comfortable staying there and went to another hotel. They refuse to refund and were not gelpdul at all so definitely beware.

Lurelle, At hotel1 Casablanca has agreed to a full refund due to rooms 215 with broken toilet, shower, broken AC. Replacement room 101 had broken bed . Compensation massage given but no therapist working today . Poor service and broken promises

City center close to local shops , staff helfull but location ,night noise ALL NIGHT PEOPLE YELLING ,STREET FIGHTS WITH DRUNK PEOPLE TILL 4 AM, NO DOUBT STAFF TRIES TO HELP, HOTEL ROOM VERY DIRTY, WATER LEAKS, DOOR ROOM KEYS STOP WORKING NEED REPROGRAMMING HORRIBLE TIME THEREFORE BOOKED FOR 9 NIGHTS BUT GOT OUT IN 2 NIGHTS MOVED TO BETTER LOCATION .AVOID AT ALL COST
