スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーだった。部屋も綺麗で素敵だった。またぜひ泊まりたいホテル。 クリスマスだったので、お店が閉まっていたが、開いてるかもしれないレストランを教えてくれたり、バス停までのタクシーの手配もすぐに整えてくれて助かった。 朝ご飯の種類は少ないが、焼きたてのクロワッサンが絶品だった。

I cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was at Pianelle! Starting off with Saverio, the manager who was so helpful and kind, ensuring us that all of our needs were met. Then there is the super kind staff that also went out of their way to be friendly and efficient. Our cave room was beyond beautiful, tastefully decorated, one of the best showers we've had on this 2 week trip - everything was perfect!!

Exceptional service and charming room. Great location. Breakfast was okay (nothing special, but not awful). We would gladly return. Matera exceeded our expectations. We recommend d the burrata at Casal, and convivial and lopa. The cinema room at lopa is a fun and memorable experience!

Spacious unique rooms with very modern bathrooms. Staff was very willing to assist with all queries. Location in Matera was ideal.

Magical experience living in a cave with all the modern luxuries. Clean room. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Matera was beautiful (although weather wasn’t great).

Outstanding - eggs, breads, fruit all amazing!

Room was very nice with great bathroom. Great location right in the heart of the Sassi area.The only down side was that we were overcharged for food with little acknowledgement from the stuff, which we did not appreciate.
