Location is ok. There is always a same homeless person in front of the building though. There was a cherry pit on the floor. A/C filter was fully covered with a grey sheet full of dusts. There are some hairs in a bathtub Shower curtains were dirty as well. Some parts were oran, some parts were grey. Also some blood stain. I wonder when the last time they change it. It was disgusting. Lots is finger prints on a window 24/7 chat service but lots of wrong info. Only one person was nice and gave me appropriate answers.

Such an incredible place to stay! Very clean! Easy check in! Great location! Great security! Everything walkable from the hotel! Kitchenette was extremely convenient! Laundry facilities were fab too! Amazing place!

Great location, but a bit loud right by the freeway. We had an issue with our door code not working when we arrived, but the Sonder app support folks helped resolve it quickly. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was nice, too. We’d stay here again.

The property was amazing but be prepared to spend a lot on parking and don't bring cash.

Really great location and overall great pick for a few days in Seattle. The pull out bed and associated blankets/pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed. We didn’t have a way to get extra shampoo. Bathroom was clean and full length mirror in bedroom was nice.

Our stay was wonderful. Enjoyed the ability to walk and enjoy the city.

Most important fact to know about this place is that since there’s no employees on site, you’re pretty much stuck with your luggage until check in time. They say there’s luggage storage on the second floor, but it’s only 8 compartments; they’re first come, first serve. When we arrived, they were all in use so we had to wander around with our bags for almost 4 hours. Thankfully there’s a Mexican restaurant next door and a pizza place across the street. And you can access the rooftop - no views of Rainier though. The room was really convenient - loved having a fridge, microwave, stove and fully stocked kitchen (stocked as in utensils, flatware, and a few pans). The windows are huge and bring in tons of light. However, they’re not completely soundproof and the city noise can be disruptive. The bed was fairly comfortable- a little firm. But they provide lots of pillows and a nice fluffy down comforter. As for the location - Pike’s Place and the waterfront are about a 15 minute walk. It’s not bad going there, but it’s a bit strenuous going uphill on the way back. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. One thing to note - there are numerous unhoused persons who have substance abuse problems. This is more of a problem in the downtown area, closer to Pikes Place. No one harassed us, but just be mentally prepared.

Disclaimer: THIS REVIEW IS FOR MARRIOTT The room was great. Fantastic area, great walking proximity to most of the touristy attractions (Be aware, however, that you will spend a lot of time walking both up and down hills.), plenty to do and plenty of options for food and drinks. Sonder’s end was pretty decent on customer service for any issues or questions that arose, HOWEVER, Marriott *just* took over Sonder and the integration of their systems and processes is AWFUL. 1. I can’t even be logged into my account and view my reservation or stay details. I have to log out of my account and look at my booking by using my confirmation number. 2. Due to the systems migrations, there is a ton of inaccurate information on the app like stating that lockers are not available even though they are, and the inability to directly request early check in or late check out. 3. We got approved for a late checkout and had a payment link sent to us that was broken and simply led me to the Marriott website that resulted in 45 minutes on the phone with Sonder customer service finding a resolution. Big companies, specifically the special folks in operations (Almost always led by COO who isn’t worth their weight in salt, let alone knowledge.) love to implement changes without properly ideating what the process would or should look like. To have all of these changes implemented during high travel season adds insult to injury. Overall, would’ve been a 5, but because of Marriott, end result is a 3.

Clean, safe and good space inside.

The only issue was the bottoms of some the grab bars had come loose.

It was the best experience of a hotel trip in a minute. The view is really nice on top floor. Very clean and homey in there.

Great property and very clean. The only thing Id advise other visitors is, if your unit is facing the street, everyone can see inside your glass walls. I come from an area where these are usually blackout glass. I didn't realize until I saw people looking straight into the bed area. There are shades you can out down so this is a non issue.

Easy check in, very clean and modern room, was a great experience, would stay again.

Shower was not great, everything else was amazing!

The property and room are great, but there were no check in instructions sent to me. I had to wait for almost an hour while a representative reached out to them.
