Nice place and setup. Was disappointed when I saw a roach in the nice.

I stayed in room #7 it had some small roch

The location was great, near the beach. Room cleaning was described as "when available" but the room wasn't cleaned at all during the week. We asked for a partial refund for a day when there was no power. We know the outage wasn't their fault but part of what we were paying for was lights, AC, and security which were not available when there was no power. They were quick to respond to other concerns but we received no response when we asked about a refund. We tried through the booking company as well with no partial refund. We would love to give a better review, but they need to improve some things.

This was a great property! Close to many places to eat and walking distance to the beach. Safe neighborhood! The staff are AWESOME!

L’hôtesse à la réception était vraiment sympatique. Cependant, l’hôtel et la chambre n’étaient pas comme sur les photos : fenêtres souillées. Douche moyennement lavée… rouille sur les rack à produits, mur en piètre état… aussi : aucun verre dans la chambre (même pas pour se laver les dents…) pas de machine à café et resto pas ouvert le matin… air climatisé vraiment bruyant aucun petit frigo pour garder ses trucs froid et terrasse sans fauteuils pour relaxer. Il y a des photos laissant croire à un bassin/spa ou chute : il n’en est rien :(

What we loved most: Jessica truly makes a difference at this hotel. She is incredibly friendly and professional. What we didn’t like: The internet was very weak and slow. The room was missing a table and a chair. Room service was poor—out of 8 days, it was only provided once(1).

Es una habitación aislada, en la noche entra la luz y no hay persianas para poder cubrir. Adicional estuvimos 7 horas sin electricidad y no hay planta ni tampoco personal de soporte. En general muy mala estadía no descansamos nada

Property is very nice and quiet. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and the manager is very responsive to emails.

I didn't like that it was just a room literally.

I was reallyyyy skeptical about booking here because of the reviews and I’m a big review person. But once staying here I loved it. I was not aware until the last day of my stay that we were right in front of the beach about a min walk. I also was not aware that we were 2 mins away from the casino. I then became aware that we were around the corner from La Placita which is the strip to party. We took the kik scooter everywhere which was cheap and did a couple of tours where they drive you around as well. I loveeee the scenery at this hotel very nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything. I also fell over on the scooter and needed a lower room because I could not walk after and they were so nice to move us to a lower room. I would definitely book with casa Condado again. Throughout my stay I was asked am I okay and what can they do to help. Try the stay yourself and don’t worry about negative reviews. Thanks you guys and thanks for the complimentary drinks.

Well for the price I paid ..the owner should buy small fridge and coffee pot.na Small microwave. There's nothing at all. So if u buy food n can't eat it all u hv to throw it away because no where to put it. It only cost few pennies..to buy a bundle of the things u need. Restaurant downstairs is still closed.

Spend a little money and time cleaning the shower head. Some water bottles and coffee maker would be nice too.

Excellent location for price. Just be aware that the tradeoff is minimal amenities. Its more like staying an Airbnb than a hotel. Just be aware of this before you book.

clean, large and relatively nice bedroom but it's a garage converted to a room. it is ok, but for the cost I paid (220 usd/night) and the lack of housekeeping, I think a garage is not balanced....

This is a nice hotel that absorbs the cultural taste of Puerto Rico! Highly recommend

This property was very dirty with roaches.. it made my vacation stressful.. every day was like survival mode .. if I could give it a zero star I would … HORRIBLE!!!
