OK stay and service, Not spectacular as expected from a Ritz property.

Brilliant hotel with modern SPA and all set of amenities. Location is not immediately city center but taxi is cheap.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. It was amazing. I have had the chance to particularly interact a lot with the concierge (Maharram) and he was amazing. I have never received a service like that.

Det er uden tvivl det bedste hotel jeg har boet på. Hver eneste ansatte gjorde sit ypperste for at gøre vores ophold til noget helt særligt. De tog alle en særlig interesse i os og vi følte os helt ekstremt godt behandlet. Alle faciliteter var helt i top.

It was for us the first experience in this kind of hotel, and we weren't disappointed. Our arrival wasn't expected and yet, the staff was very kind with us, at our disposal. And despite the fact that we had difficulties with the means of payment, everything was made possible for us to have the best stay, the best experience, and to make us comfortable. All in all, it was wonderful. Thanks again for this amazing experience, and I would like to thank all the staff we encountered.
