朝食が美味しかった。歩いて王宮やサンミゲル市場に行ける。ホテルは、こう言うホテルがいいなぁって言う、映えポイント。おしゃれ。

スタッフの方とサービスと部屋の綺麗さは抜群です。特に1日チェックアウトの日を間違えてしまったにも関わらず柔軟にご対応いただいたことは本当にありがたく思っています。少し駅から離れているので移動は少し大変ですが、バスもあるので全然問題ないです。とてもおすすめです！！！！

スタッフがフレンドリーで親切でした。 インテリアもおしゃれで、また泊まりたいです！ 王宮も駅も近く、観光に適した立地だと思います。

The wifi in the room could not be accessed at all during a 5-day stay. Two doors on the aisle were broken and thus kept open, which meant cold wind blowing thru and noise coming in all night.

From arrival to checkout the place was amazing. Great staff, beautiful clean rooms and amenities. Coffee and snacks at the cafe were great. This hotel is situated in a great spot close to transit and within walking distance of various attractions. I’d recommend staying as we would certainly return. Thank you Social Hub!!

Fantastic stay. All staff were really helpful - bedroom was spacious, clean and very good air conditioning! The rooftop pool was lovely and the lounge area was really inviting and sociable. Brilliant place to stay - thoroughly recommend!

Cooles, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und vielen Amenities. Sehr hippe Atmosphäre mit allem was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Plaza Espana oder dem Königspalast. U-bahn und Bus ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Einziges Manko: die Klimaanlage hat nur schlecht funktioniert, aber daran wird laut Personal gerade gearbeitet. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind überdies recht dunkel. Overall waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Social Hub. Very new wave style hotel, restaurant with star Andres as well as the brunch with David were fantastic and worth every cent! Food was outstanding and personalities matched and represented the brand very well- great hires, hang on to David and Andres, they are stars! Rooms were beautiful and had killer patios, pool area was beautiful. Great location for all of Madrid, especially the La Latina neighbourhood (recommendation from the coffee barista- thank you!) Would definitely recommend, well worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again.

Overall unique concept but for the amount of price charged, there should have been better amenities in the room. There should be at least a proper coffee option. Non student room should have different decor

This is a great hotel for people who want a place to sleep and work. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town, but subway is down the street and walkable.
