スタッフはとても親切で、質問に丁寧に答えてくれました。部屋は広く、衛生状態もとても良かったです。

地元の地下鉄駅まで徒歩圏内。鴨川を渡ったところにあるのでピクニックに最適です。フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。

Check in by tab, it asked for 6 digit code that was supposed to be sent by hotel to my email. I never receive such email thus I can not checked in. No one is at the reception, so I had to contact online agent and their emergency contact. It takes about an hour to finally be checked in. Basically no one is at the hotel, I stayed for 4 days and there room was never cleaned during my stays. There is no one to talk to and no "please clean" signage available. I never met any staff at the reception during my 4 days stay, except when I want to check out. The staff kept asking us to give 5 stars review in google and won't let us go. The staff was firm that it might be uncomfortable for some people especially those in a rush or does not have excellent experience.

Very clean and comfortable, sure will be back for the next trip.

Check-in procedure was complicated and confusing. They required self serviced check in with reservation code. However, the code app gave us was different from hotel reservation code, the staff wasn't there to help us out. There was no notification for us to notice process. We are foreigner we didn't know much about this procedure so it took so long to complete check in.

As the description mention, 4 pax comfortable but can accommodate 8 pax. There is limited space to put luggage especially if more than 4 pax. The room is very bright and clean, they provide a lot of towel in the room so you don't have to ask for towel change daily. The check in process is quite different from other hotel whereby you need to do it by yourself in the gadget provided and receptionist is not always there 24 hours hence if your encounter something you need to wait for assistance. The location is only 150 m 5 mins walk from station. 1 station away from Gion area.
