It’s easy to accessible to San Francisco and is quiet and comfortable. It serves as great base when visiting SF.

Nice, clean apartments, equipped with all essentials. Laundry available. Good breakfast buffet. Professional, helpful concierge. Hotel is in proximity to BART and ferry terminal- really fast way to get to SAN Francisco.

The place is beautiful, I’ve stay here now twice and I love it. Will not stay at any other place when I’m in Oakland Ca.

Excellent staff. Good location. The facility is new and clean.

Spent 2 nights. I was a little skeptical because it was downtown Oakland. There were alot of homeless people but noone bothered us. Parking is NOT ideal. Its either pay the $50 per night night valet parking or park your car yourself on the street. You are parked on the street either way but with the hotel, they have street parking assigned to them.

Very spacious room, clean and good amenities. Great complementary breakfast choices.

Great stay

The hotel and room was beautiful. Breakfast was abundant. Area was sketchy for walking. Would definitely Uber everywhere day or night. The street wasn't too busy either.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was excellent we were very comfortable. We definitely will be staying here again.

We had a quite spacious kitchen area. Hotel would be great for a long stay. Only thing I did not like was the temperature control. Sitting/kitchen was comfortable but the bedroom was distinctly cold with no thermostat for that area. Great view from upper floors. Good breakfast. (Except for coffee which was not good)

A clean modern hotel with comfortable mattress. Would.book again if needed. Staff was friendly and polite.

My son is a Berkeley completing his doctorate degree. This hotel was convenient to train bus ferry and Ubers. Meal choices were delicious. Thank you I stayed for a week very nice facility.

The staff is great and welcoming. Jason was exceptional in sharing entertainment and dining in the area and making us feel at home during our weekend visit. The surrounding area is a bit limited but the hotel and property are quite comfortable.
