The staffs are so nice. We were there with our hockey team. Due to the storm, we have to extend our stay. Staff allowed us to use dinning room for our take out orders. Parking is underground, which makes a huge difference during the winter.

Paid parking, loud hallways, kids running through the halls, 2am adults behaving like kids running in the halls. Doors dont close, they slam shut. You could hear everything in the hallway. Price? Won't be back, next time I'll stay at the hilton in Laval.

The lighting in the room was great, the size of the room was good. The showerhead spray was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor when I turned on the shower, it was difficult to find the right setting to take a shower without making the floor wet. There was no fan in the washroom. We requested 2 bathrobes and was give 2 bathrobes with one missing belt and was told they ran out of bathrobes. Not sure how they can run out when the hotel was barely at capacity. Overall stay was good but not amazing and for this price point I had higher expectations.

The water in the shower was quite cold which seemed odd on such a large property. Area around the hotel isn't great and not a lot of breakfast options within a 10 minute walk. (this is only notable because breakfast was not included in our stay) Everything else was good with the reception being pretty stand-out.
