Our room was great. Clean, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Would love to come back for another stay

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much by it, but some people could have issues with it.

Camera ok, pulita, ampia finestra, bella ma che guarda in un cortile. Ottima posizione, punto di partenza per le principali comodità ( centro, stazione, fermata flixbus etc.)

Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. The beds are comfortable & everything was scrupulously clean. The kitchenette is small but useful & well equipped. The bathroom is compact but cute & the shower is bigger than most that we've had in Europe. Lots of homely touches. Love that sustainability is considered. Note there is no elevator, but the staff helped us up the spiral staircase with our luggage. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ótimo local para se hospedar em Innsbruck. Fica a uma curta caminhada até o centro histórico, com varias lojas e comércio ao redor do apartamento. Check-in facil, com instruções enviadas por email. Limpeza adequada e bom quarto!

La habitación es correcta y estaba limpia. El edificio está muy cerquita del centro y en un barrio muy chulo. La pena fueron las vistas, daban a un patio interior y a sus cubos de basura.

A great place to stay in Innsbruck. Spacious (for a studio apartment), lots of windows and light. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at the Urban Inn, room was perfect for family of 4. We stayed just 1 night but was perfect base for our time in Innsbruck. Walking distance to main centre. We parked outside on the street for free on the Sunday as was free parking. Just had to make sure I added paid parking for 90 mins from Monday at 9am. That’s all we needed as then left to drive to Swarovski museum. Only thing for me that could be improved is extra pillows. Luckily we have been on a road trip so I had my own in the car. All in all, great spot for a comfortable stay.

Die Matratze war zu weich. Es lagen noch Haare und die schmutzigen Handtücher der vorherigen Gäste herum.

Online check in was a chore and left us standing outside with our luggage for 40 minutes listening to a loud silent disco that was going on outside our room!

Fint sted, tæt på banegården og hyggelig lille plads med caféer foran. Nemt at gå ind til bymidte. God plads på værelset. Dog lugt af kloak på badeværelset.

Trevligt hotel, välrenommerat i gammalt, charmigt hus. Vi hade 2rum då vi var 2 familjer. När vi öppnade emellan rummen så blir kommer röken från uteserveringen upp i rummen, men branddörr emellan gick att stänga så det löste sig ändå. Tyst hotell med bra gångavstånd till centrum

Bra läge för en vistelse i Innsbruck. Nära till allt. Bra med kök, trevligt med gratis kaffe.

Was a wonderful stay, comfortable bed, high ceilings, great shower... CLEAN! Perfect for any couple staying a few days or longer.

Check in was easy, the room was quiet and cute, and the bed was very comfy. I tried to reach out to them during my stay, and my emails went unanswered, so if you need something during your stay, it may be harder. Also, the property didn't have an elevator, and my partner hurt his back carrying luggage down the stairs, so just be aware when you book it that there is no elevator. Also, the hallway outside our unit smelled very strongly of smoke. I was concerned our room would smell and it had been listed as non-smoking, but the room smelled fine. But note the hallway really smelled of smoke.

This was a unique hotel with in walking distance to old town and a huge plus.. they have A/C..

Clean and fresh. Had missed contact lenses in cleaning otherwise good. So nice with ac when its over 30 celcius. Walk outside and follow that street and you are in oldtown on 10 min. Central station is also close
